Phone Problem

My wife just had this happen using an Iphone 12 on a 2019 NX300. After looking at the whole thing for a few minutes, and researching online, the solution became clear. I dug out a 10mm wrench, disconnected the battery, waited 10-15 minutes, and reconnected the battery. Problem solved. So I guess no, there is no fix from Lexus. I know you probably have already worked around things, or might not even still own the car, but I figured I'd document it somewhere so others won't have to pull their hair out or worse, screw around with their iPhone thinking that was the problem. ***RESOLVED VIA WORKAROUND***
