Hi Guy's, Thought I would post and thank you all for this thread. YES!!! I too am joining the 'head lights that don't switch off' club. Going out now with my wifes hair dryer to see if I can find where the water is that's could be causing the problem. I only get the problem when the rain is heavy so all your posts make sence that water ingress is the problem. Oh! Yes, I too have have a new windscreen. Bugger!
