Don't know what route i'll be taking yet, although a bit of a convoy would be fun.

I bought a carbon fibre one off eBay similar to this, took me hours to fit. Nothing lined up, and I had to cut off most of the mounting bits and make my own. This may just be the CF one since it can be tricky stuff to mould, but beware. The results are well worth it though:

Supposedly 8hp, and a nice noise. I doubt you would get that much though.

Mine work as you would expect. Use them all the time. Maybe a trip to your lexus garage? Do they lock on the keyfob?

I'm quite tempted by a Blue Flame exhaust for my IS200, namely this one. I know Mr. Morse has on on his 300 and is very happy, but I was wondering if anyone has one on a 200? What do you think of it?

I used to have a fully modded f1, played it for about 6 months but lost it after the reset.

Now im stuck in a crappy suzuki swift! A tip for all you guys, weight will always prevail over power in this game. Always buy a light car. As cool as the lexus in the game is, it sucks because its too heavy.

You'll need a program called Winrar. Heres a link to the downloader:

I did manage to record one of the slower runs, but it was only on an old 8mm camcorder and I have no way of getting it onto a computer.

One of my friends has a video capture card - I'll see if I can get it converted some time.

I was priviledged enough to see Mat's car do a couple of quarter mile runs this weekend at Rotorstock - It was certainly fast. I think the fastest time was a 13.6, but I can't remember for sure. It would be pretty interesting to see it have a go at the 0-60.

Come to think of it, I do remember seeing some boost gauges inside - so that must be it! It was looking very nice, all the nice cars made me feel jealous about how standard mine is. It just sounds silent!

The cars were looking very nice parked up next to each other, the monster really is a beast. Unfortunately, I cheacked back a few times throughout the day and never ran into the elusive owners, would have loved to have had a chat though.

Hi guys, just spent the day at Rotorstock today (great fun) and I am tempted by a B&N shoft shifter kit - however, the box says for IS200's 2000 onwards, and mine is a 99. I thought they were all the same? Will it fit?

Also saw Matt and Zee's cars - looking very sexy lads. Its really tempting to start doing some major mods to mine! I also saw a blue modified sport with Tom's 4 spokes on it that I didn't recognise as a members car - but was it? I ended up getting relagated to a car parking field and Matt's and Zee's were right out the front.

Its a very common fault on the older style units with the cd slot at the bottom. Your best bet would be to take it to lexus and see if they will replace it - but my guess is that they won't do it under warranty now. They might be able to fix it though for cheaper than buying a whole new unit. Otherwise, have a look on eBay. Quite a few of them go on there for relatively cheap.

Well, the anime series of Initial D was never released in the UK, and i'm guessing that the film won't make too much sense without it. America might get a dubbed version of it since they had a dubbed version of the series. I'll be looking out for it too since I love the series.

Supposedly June 23rd, in China and Hong Kong anyway. I would say the chances of this getting a release over here would be extremely remote though. Best bets would be import it or bittorrent around that time.

Another cause could be if you (or the previous owner) have put it through the car wash on a setting that gives you the wax. That can cause squeaking.
