O2 sensor - Bank 2, Sensor 1 - Replacement

OS sensor - Bank 2, Sensor 1 - Replacement

Recommended Comments

This is the "trickier" sensor to replace but take your time and be patient - its time consuming due to the fact that space is limited but its totally do-able. If you are deciding to keep the car than I would recommend doing the other bank sensor.

@is200 NewbieThe write up was fantastic. Really easy to follow.

The most difficult part for me was the disconnecting the old sensor at the wire/ clip end. Took me ages trying to unclip it. Just so awkward.

Anyway, took the car on a 10 mile drive and the error lights aren't coming on. Hopefully that's that sorted

Thanks again for your help

I'd youre ever in the east end of London, I owe you a drink :)

I found the same thing when I changed it on my GS, everything was straightforward (as well as a tad awkward) but the plug clip drove me nuts, my hand came out looking like Count Dracula had had a session on it, so many sharp bits down there.
