  1. I was reading how a member was enquiring what is the difference, besides slightly longer cable, of an ABS cable of an 03,onwards RX300 which was available for £30, & the one for a 98/03 one which is £250 from Lexus, but not available otherwise. I now have the same problem, but could not find it again on forum, to find out the final result. Could the person help me out. Ian Verdon
  2. Piers, Thank you so much for your post, re, all electrics cutting out. The same happened to me a few days ago, & again this morning. Thinking it was a faulty relay, I was dreading the bill for finding the fault, on my RX300. Then I remembered your post, & tried it. Blow me down the connector moved when I grabbed hold of it. I couldn't believe it, as I only had the battery off 2 weeks ago, & has cured fault. Thank you again, & it shows how vulnerable the average person could be, with an unscrupulous mechanic. Ian Verdon.
  3. Does anyone know where to find out about the operations of the buttons on the dash of my 2000 Lexus RX300 import as they are in Japanese. The owners handbook is not very helpful as the buttons do not appear in the same order or not at all. I know you can get a complete change of electrics, but is very expensive, but wondered if there was a plan of dash, especially for imports.
