Squeak And A Knock...

Hi guys...

Just wondering if anyone could shed a little light on these little things i've noticed recently on my IS200 Auto.

First thing is a slight squeak, it seems to be coming from the drivers side front wheel and only happens when i turn left, I can be going at speed or slowly, it doesn't seem to matter.

The second thing is some knocks or kind of notches, this only happens when i'm reversing and put the steering wheel on full lock, it can be full left or full right, as you reverse you can just hear some little notches (best way i can describe it) or clunks, neither of these affect the drive of the car, as far as i know but are irritating me now.

Anyone have any ideas what they may be?
