Stuck Below The Rear Passenger Seat!

Unusual one - had my NX300 for a few weeks now (and love it). However, my young daughter is distraught that her favourite handbag has got stuck because the metal strap has disappear down the cavernous area down by the rear seatbelt lock. I've tried everything to get it unstuck, although I can't really see what it's stuck on.

Any advice on accessing this area, or will I need to take it back the dealers to have the seat taken out (big job?) and recover the strap? I'm concerned that if I leave it I'll have a metal strap rattling around the Battery

Not sure about seats on your car, but alot of cars you can usually yank the bottom base of the seat off?
