Service Plans No Discounts

Good evening,

I’ve just changed my car (GS450 to RX450) at Cardiff and requested that the service plan be transferred/re arranged and noticed that the new plan offered did not include any discount.

I have had these plans for some years now on different cars/dealers but am now told that Lexus no longer discount them.

Has anyone experienced this recently, my current discounted plan was applicable from July 2018 and was £1535 less £207 and paid monthly instalments

Is this Cardiff/ Salesman trying it on?

No discount offered by Edinburgh to me. Fair enough but apart from a small potential inflation proofing it didn’t seem much of a deal to me so I opted just to pay as I go this time.

Thanks for that, I agree without the discount it isn’t worth anything, why give Lexus money for nothing?

I guess some people prefer to just sign up the direct debit and then it is taken care of without having to remember to budget for it. I'd rather have it in my bank account than theirs 😃
