Why Does It Rain On Me

hi,

anyone have any idea what cat my car will be after it comes out of repair shop? someone kindly drove into the back end of my car last sunday and then drove off- i did id the driver who has since been arrested, he denies ever hitting my car ( surprise surprise). but it still doesnt help with having the car down as a crash damaged. the estimate is £2313 to get fixed. The damage was all to the n/s/r bumper, panel, quarter panel, tail light etc etc. I have to use the insurance approved repairer as well due to work constraints (long story) but i have told them that i want the car finally checked over by lexus belfast. but any suggestions as to how much depreciation on a crash damaged car would be greatly appreciated. it all helps when i cold stare the guy across the courtroom.......

I know exactly how you must be feeling cus it happened to me last year. I was hit by a :tsktsk: who then drove off. He was later caught and found out he was uninsured and only 16 years old. He got away with it  and I had to claim through my own insurance to have it repaired.

I haven't a clue what depereciation (if any) it has on the car.
