Help,

Am i the only owner to have two breakdowns and at least six trips to the dealer for problems ranging from stuck on brakes to a creaky sunroof all in one year. I ran honda accords for 4 years and only ever needed them serviced. Does anyone know what rights i have to get out of my finance agreement and return the car to lexus. Is it possible to just get a different car? Its a 2000 W reg with 70K bought from a dealer last november.....

They argue about everything. Got the clutch judder but they won't recognise it as a problem and say it isn't covered. Just payed 500 Quid to renew the warranty. Whole sunroof has to come out and they arguing about if its covered. Any help would be great...

I am a lexus technician and could do the work much cheaper than main dealer but obviously you will not be wanting to pay for more work with the warranty you have purchased

Whats the story with this clutch judder. Would your garage replace it under warranty? Had mixed reports about claiming clutches on a car this old
