Help! Car Jerking And Back Fire

Help! I drive an Altezza, recently my car started to ***** and have lots of back fire when driving slow or up hill... I got to press down the gas pedal pretty hard to get rid of the jerking and back fire, i also heard noise from somewhere around the throttle body.. it is getting worst everyday! what is the problem? air flow sensor? ecu? or the throttle body?? anyone can help?

(sorry for the poor english grammar and spelling)
