Non Starter - Immobilizer?.

Ello folks. As i work offshore my is200 hasnt moved for over two weeks. So when i started it, it wouldnt go. Changed the Battery out n the alarms went off for abit then stopped. Tried to start agian but nowt happened, didnt turn over n the starter didnt even click. All the lights are working but no engine. Could this be the immobilizer?. If so how can i get it going again?. Lexus in aberdeen dont have a call out service so id have to get it towed!!!!!! Bummer. This has happened before, but i changed the Battery n it worked fine. I also tested the alternator when running n was getting 14volt charge. Summit is draining the Battery when its idle, but i dont know what . Id be very greatful for any advice. thanks folks.
