Sportcross - Amp Bypass Problem

Hi,

I know this has been covered extensively with regards to fitting an aftermarket headunit and not being able to retain the factory amp so i proceeded with the bypass solution - however when all wired up I'm only getting sound through the front speakers - not even a crackle through the rear - I've checked the headunit in another car and it worked fine, i also put the stock headunit and amp back in and it worked through all speakers fine....

Any suggestions to what could be amiss? My only suspicion is with the fact that the sportcross has a 9 speaker setup as standard - am I right in thinking this is one more than saloons?
