Buttons In Japanese On Dash Of Lexus Rx300

Does anyone know where to find out about the operations of the buttons on the dash of my 2000 Lexus RX300 import as they are in Japanese. The owners handbook is not very helpful as the buttons do not appear in the same order or not at all. I know you can get a complete change of electrics, but is very expensive, but wondered if there was a plan of dash, especially for imports.

I would have thought the colour coding on the plugs and wiring to the plugs would not differ between an import or UK/EU model.

Maybe you could source a set of buttons/switches from a breaker or even new and change them over.

You could get a picture of a UK dash and enter the button description in Google Translate and look at the pictures and match them up on your car.
