Does anyone have any experience with an an OBD2 fault code reader and can therefore recommend a specific brand they have bought and used on their Lexus IS220D. I am aware of all the generics there are available but always good to ask the question and see if any member has had a good experience with a particular version/model.

Cheers

I bought one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/ELM327-Bluetooth-Diagnostic-Interface-Scanner/dp/B008BPN7XI/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1428568401&sr=8-12&keywords=obd2+bluetooth

not that exact seller, but the same model about 3 years ago, it works really well with the torque pro app for android devices, you get all the fault codes and just about any info you could ask for.
