Went to the Dealer Saturday AM and picked up my 2001 IS200 SE kensington Green( I know there are a lot of Black fans here but i like the green). This is the first Lexus i have owned and have to say what a great car it is to drive, very smooth, very comfortable with a very nice engine note. I have to say lots of people here were very helpfull in helping me make my decision to buy, so thanks to all of you. Will post some pictures shortly once there is enough daylight to take some. Another happy IS200 owner :D :D

I will get an Aux-in eventually, until then i have bought an FM transmitter for £5 from E-Bay

I have just been quoted £384 for a 40,000 mile service with no discount for my 2001 IS200. Does anyone know what they paid for this service. Thanks

Due to the help of everyone here i have just made my purchase, I am now the proud owner of a 2001 IS200 SE. Lovely looking car inside and out, it is Kensington Green wit 39,000 miles on it. will post some pics when i pick it up next weekend. Looking forward to getting behind the wheel, I have to say reading lots of the posts on this site helped me make an informed decision on the right car. I am sure you will see more of me around here in the future. Thanks again Steve
