Yeah mate definitely, I'm running 1.2 bar on mine, think Dave is running 1.2 with a burst scatter mode to 1.3 bar - seems to be fine.

Have to admit I'm assuming we're both still running the stock pumps, was looking at upgrading to a Walbro pump just to be on the safe side.

My car isn't supposed to have an FCD on it but seeing as the guage is reading those figures and holding them it obviously has had one fitted at some point at Pete's place :D

Rob Jonk and Norkep know a lot about the MK1 - I'm sure Rob was running over 1.1 bar without issue - probably more as he was getting some great power figures, definitely a good way past mine!

When I had mine done at Thor on dyno they said that the fuel just started to go lean

near the end/peak at 1.2 bar. The standard pump was just able to cope with it, they recommended that I changed/uprated my fuel pump only If I was going to have anyother mods done to car.

So I had the Walbro pump fitted.

Why don't you have an electronic boost controller fitted, so you can return boost back to standard.

I do this when wife drives the car.

Tried opening armrest but didn't make no difference, as it was still sealed at the back with the grey leather.

So I am going to take out the old bass speaker out the middle and fit 2 bass ports either side to she if that helps.

av u got tht bit u can pull down on ur middle seat i find that lets alot of boom boomb through might help the porting ??

Fitted Vibe Monobox IV Amp and Vibe CBR 12 Twin EVO in boot of my Aristo today, used all correct gauge cables etc, but not impressed with the bass, it is a loud bass and not a deep hard bass.

Then I noticed that if you open the boot it becomes a deep hard bass and man is it loud and deep.

Does this mean I need to add another bass port? as I don't want to drive round with my boot open, before someone suggests it. :D .

Any help very much appreciated.

Yes took pictures underwater, brought some disposable cameras from diving center, and they then develop them. You can get small waterproof camera bags, but I wasn't that brave to risk my digital camera.

We have been twice.

1st time was to Paradise Island in a beach bungalow which is about 20min trip by boat from Male

2nd time was to Reefe Beach in a water villa which was 20min flight in sea plane from Male

Take plenty of sun cream and SD cards for digital camera.

You must try scuba diving.

We love it, we go every 2 years.

Yes I like Chromes - I have 20" on my Aristo

make sure you push the rubber fully on and then retract it slightly,

so that the rubber seal, the internal seal is slightly visible again.

Is the pan screwed down, with no movement.. If you've done all that and it still leaks,

then replace it with a multikwik they're much better.

McAlpine pan connectors aren't very good.
