  1. Please can you help. I do not have an Aristo Twin Turbo manual. I only have a SC300 manual. This says that the radio fuse is either no. 11 or no. 23 I have had my DVD system working great for ages. But yesturday when I turned the screen on it went really bright for about 3 seconds then it went dead. No there are no lights on the dvd system or flashing as there used to be. Will it be just a fuse or will it be the actual 1000 pound dvd system blown up? :o Thanks for your help everyone From a very worried Aristo TT owner... Matt
  2. First of all thank you very much for your help mate. It is truly appreciated. Mr Singh sounds good? Would he come to Bournemouth? I have Pm'd him as you said. I just checked the Halfords website out and they do not seem to do it. I might pop in there today just in case they have one and also to give the Aristo TT a spin! :-) Is this the Kenwood sub that wud fit in the middle of the parcel shelf in place of the old sub that sits there that is broken? http://www.unbeatable.co.uk/viewoffer.asp?...dlprc%3D34%2E49
  3. Thanks Paul. That is brilliant. Where can I get that sub from? What is the make and model number? Or perhaps you can point to a website where I can get it from? Thanks. I live in Bournemouth. Would any ICE electrician be able to fit it in for me as I do not know much about ICE. I did a search for open air kenwood sub but lots of stuff comes up. Which one exactly should I get and will it fit ok? Thanks Paul Thanks mate Matt
  4. My Subwoofer is not working - well its crackling and the Seal has gone. Does anyone know where I can get a hold of a new wooper subwoofer for the Aristo TT It is the centre speaker on the back parcel shelf (the sub). Please can you help as I like the sound of the bass! Thanks Matt
  5. Thank you all for your help with this one. You were all right, it was a blocked radiator in the end. Had the radiator and themostat replaced. Now it is purring like a pussy cat again. Thank you all. Now I can drive over 40mph without it overheating! I am now a very happy Lexus Driver again.
  6. The garage now know that is is definetly not the thermostat but think it could be the radiator. What kind of price am I looking at paying for a new Radiator? I took the car for another run and it went straight up to the red when I was doing 70mph, I then slowed down to 40mph and it did not even cool down this time. It only cooled when I slowed right down to 20mph. Does anyone have any other ideas of what could be causing it? If I run my car at idle for half an hour it does not overheat. It is really bothering me as if a car was overheating it would do so at slow and idle speeds more so than at 70mph. Is it somthing to do with the Twin Turbos? Thanks.

  8. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help. I did take it to my local garage today and they also think it could be a stuck closed thermostat. star a is a star! ;) Soon it will be sorted! Thanks everyone.
  9. I have had my Aristo TT for 2 years and usually drive it around 30-40mph with no problems overheating. When I drive it on weekends somtimes along the motorway the temperature gauge goes to red when reaching speeds of 70mph and stays there and does not drop until I slow down to 30mph back on a normal road. The fan is working and there is water in there. Should I be using a special coolant as stated in the manual or is normal water ok? I am now very worried about taking the Aristo up to high speeds as the temperature gauge always goes so hot and into the red! Please please help. I am thinking that it could be some kind of blockage in the cooling system. The fan is working ok and I have no idea what else could be wrong with it. I even had a look and the coolant plastic holder is bubbling and is very hot indeed! There is no steam or smoke coming out and no problems with the driving of the car or anything, just I am worried about the temperature gauge getting so hot when at the high speeds! I am still new to the Aristo TT and any help will be truly appreciated. Thank you very much. Cheers.
  10. We are getting ours re-trimmed by a leather upholstry company. Also getting the autostick re-trimmed at the same time.
  11. I guess it has started to get annoying, a Japanese lady trying to tell you to turn around, and head East, as you will not be on the Japanese maps, you are too far West off the map... What GPS system is it? Is it a full sat-nav? Can you switch between Sat-nav gps and dvd/radio/tv?
  12. We will give much more notice next time. This last meet was really a last minute job. Worked out well though, we were very lucky with the weather. Compared to today at least... The future meets will be for all imports/lexus models. So bring yours along. I look forward to it.
  13. The meet went down a treat. Sorry for the late notice though guys. Ashame more didnt come. It was lovely weather for it. We had two Aristos there which was nice, and a drink outside the Sea View Pub. Great place to meet. Then went on afterwards to the Sea View Point which had loads of American cars. They still looked at the Aristos though. And heard The Beast! The last we will hear of the beast I am afraid. But looking forward to seeing the new White Aristo very shortly. Heres a few pics of todays meet. Next time we will give a bit more notice. Hope to see more at the next meet :) This was us on our way from the pub to the Sea View Point to show how much louder the Aristos were compared to the American Muscle cars!! :D It was a great meet, one of many I hope. Cheers all.
