It's been along time since I tried the cruise control on my car but

you press a button to turn the light on, then you need to pull the lever towards you to activate it, and then up and down sets the speed. at least thats how I remember it working on my IS and GS...

You could try clearing out your cookie stash, or give an alternate browser a go to see if that clears the problem,

like Firefox, Opera or apples safari.

Turned on my Wii today for the first time in a long long time and found 50 stragglers hanging out in my Wii plaza, I have a few of your lot on my list so Im assuming some are yours others I have no idea lol

If you look at the keyboard usually somewhere above the numeric keypad there is an UP arrow kinda looking key

this will eject the drive

or you can pull the drive icon into the bin or bring up the right click menu and select eject.

Hiya the fuse i changed was at the passenger side and was labeled as TV.

the calibration thing lets you pinpoint your position on the map its not for calibrating the touch screen.

I went to see spiderman 3. I enjoyed the opening credits with the little flashbacks to what had gone on in previous movies. Loved the birth of sandman awesome effects. as for the rest of the film meh... was ok but not AMAZING as spiderman should be. Prolly end up buying it on bluray though just for the sandman effects again :)

I've been playing super paper mario on my mates Wii (it's an american import) and it's great. later on there's a bunch of games worth looking forward to such as Metroid Prime 3 and Super Smash Bros and Super Mario Galaxy.

yes u can buy wii points on the console using your credit card. they virtual console games are are 500 points for NES games, 600 Points for PC Engine Games ,800 points for SNES and MEGA DRIVE games and 1000 points for an N64 game. 1000 points = £7.00 so they are not that cheap

as most of the games can be got on a real cartridge for less money now.

another annoying thing about the VC games is that they are authentic to the original in every way. So they run like crap (ie slow 50hz pal speeds) and look like crap esp on a nice new HDTV.

Anymore decent games out for this yet? As miy Wii should finally arrive tomorrow. Also can you buy the points for the virtual console games off the console, like the 360 marketplace?

Whats the cheapest way to get obtain a second wii remote and nunchuck?

best way would be to buy the game Wii Play as that's £35.00 and comes with a wiimote and just buy a nunchuck to go with it £15.00

sometimes its just a thermal fuse and leaving it unplugged for a few hours will reset it

If you have a good look at an iMac it takes up no more space than a flatscreen monitor.... it IS a flatscreen monitor that happens to have a computer stuck in it! Then you don't NEED the tower at ALL! If you must you could always leave your current PC tower under your desk if it makes you happy... ;)

Limited? That makes no sense.

Out of the box they are the most flexible machine money can buy. They run more software than any PC can, period. You are limiting yourself by buying PC hardware absolutely - you can only run Windows and Linux software.

I dont agree with you on that, out of the box the Mac only runs Mac OSX, you need to buy a Windows CD and setup the bootcamp software before you can use it as a windows PC. and perhaps your forgetting that you can run Mac OSX on a pc either as a virtual machine within windows or native using a hacked version.

The fact is that apple's and pc's are the same machines hardware wise, only the OS differs and that gap has closed so much now. it's even been announced recently that Vista is more secure than OSX, thats a turn up for the books. Im sure that wont last though.

It's going to happen where apple no longer makes OSX for macs only, they will sell it for PC's too.

Im so glad that apple have stopped making their machines look like fisher price toys too. they look classy now. the old CRT imacs and G4's Cubes etc looked like toys.

And I might seem like a PC fanboy, but I have owned a number of mac's myself, the latest being a mac mini and I still find them of little use to me.

Installing Ubuntu Linux on my PS3 has given me more use than the mac ever did.

If everyone was the same it would be boring and Im glad that Mac OSX is so good as to give MS some competition. it creates innovation and thats never a bad thing. but until apple start selling a cheap mac with screen for £250.00 like you can get a pc for then they are always going to be seen as an overpriced under specified pro tool.

for me the best part is working out why im getting a bsod, lock ups and viagra adverts.

Without that a computer is just like a toaster or fridge

I've been using Vista Ultimate for a good few months now on my Media Centre PC and it's been great, It actually performs better than XP did on the same machine and I have a few friends who would say the same. But as always a new OS is going to have it's share of problems and for me at the moment that is with Nvidia GFX drivers not being fully upto scratch, that will change.

nothing is impossible and many users have changed their car stereos on this forum.

The S is a simple job, just needs a cable. the SE and SPORT models have a seperate amp, and its a case of either ripping the whole lot out and using some new rear speakers or there was some talk of an expensive cable that was being sold on eBay to connect a standard ISO to the Lexus's amp etc.

either way, a new sound system can be fitted to your car as long as your willing to spend.
