i can hear the noise as am driving evan when am not braking could it still be the brake pads you think as i have no idea at all il check the pads in the morning

Hi my is200 has started to make i kinda high pitched grinding/squeaking noise from the passenger side i think its the wheel any idea's what it can be the noise stops when the car is not moving

Hi does anyone know where i can buy a lexus is200 wing from and how much should i expect to pay i rang the dealers up thay said thay would ring me back but didnt thought thay would jump at the chance to rip me off! anyway are there any indpendant companys out there that sell lexus panels if so would be greatfull for more information

thanks for the help guys i just put in the new cd player very impressed with myself normaly not very good at doing things like this. would deff advice masking the dash like it said in the instructions coz i have got loads of scratches but who cares i can listen to cds again wooo hoo!!

Hi can someone tell me step by step how to remove the standard cd player in my is200 its 02 model i have found a replacment unit that i want to put in

if i leave it there is there any risk of the air bag geting triggered

you should never remove an airbag assembly unless its done by a skilled technician.

Although they are there to save lives if you remove it and it gets triggered you could end up some bad injuries and burns.

I've seen old ones go off at work and they've managed to bend the railings they were attached too

ma neice droped a simcard behind the wheel dont ask how i can hear it wen i turn the wheel moving just want to get the sim out

can anyone tell me how to remove the center part of the steering wheel the part where the horn is. also is there anyway i can disconnect the horn everytime i try puling the center part the horn beeps n anoys next door is there any risk that the airbag might will go off

I was changing my wheels while i was opening the nuts i put the key on the locking nut and and tryed to open it but the key slipped when i looked at the nut the holes had widend the key just slipps of it now is there anyway i can remove the nut

what does the diamond cut finish offer over normal finish and how does that all compare to powder coating??

diamond cut wheels refelect the light in a different way and looks wicked esp when the sun shines on it in my opinion is the best finsh to most wheel's you can tell if the wheel is diamond cut if you look close at it it will have very fine lines like a cd but the down side is that it dont last long as powder coating and other finishes and is the most expensive finsh to the wheel and only some places to them

any ideas am trying to get my cuzz in the lexus seen but he always saying he not that keen on lexus performance how ever he has seen a rs200 i think he said that it had 230 bhp dont quote me on that anyways with a supercharger how much bhp would it be or cant you get a supercharger for that model am guessing if it goes in a is200 it would go in a rs200?

Hi my lex has the standard alloys on but thay look a lot better than my mates factory wheels :P having a closer look my wheels are diamond cut is this standrad or has someone refurbed my wheels in the past? i know diamond cutting is expensive had experiance of diamond cutting a lot in my bmw days with the best wheels you can get for the e30 rh toplines!!! anyways the guy who used to do my wheels has closed down and dont know anyone else who does them does anyone know where i can get them done from and how much.

u have virtually no protection from paypal- i have been there also!

they will give u a refund ONLY if the seller has money in thier account - if not tough luck... if u want to take it further then you have to pay paypal to get some money back. read the fine print carefully and u will see what i mean!

Hi yea the cover is wicked a lot better than i thought evan in strong wind wont come off the car yours was prob the best experiance i have had buying from the net kept me informed until the item reached me and like a true gentleman sent out the cable lock without extra charge

Hi i bought a chrome exhaust trim from eBay for £27 inc postage i paid as soon as auction ended that was 2 weeks ago the seller firts said that he put the wrong lable on the item and the a weel later said that he had posted the item out i still have not got it il give him untill weekend and the id expect a refund but dont know how to do it i paid by pay pal so i guess am insured?

The Tax on Cars Bikes vans Lorries has never been fair

Why should i pay the same amount as a person that is driving around allday long

i travel to and from work 40ish miles a day

they can drive around all day long and it is the same tax that is never right

I think the best way and fair way is charge it on the fuel the more you use the more you pay

Also next time you are driving on a motoway and you see a Lorry from another country,

just take a look at the size of the fuel tank 2/3 times the size of a UK HGV

so they fill up in there own country drive around the UK then drive back without having to put a drop of the UK fuel in there tank, so free use of our roads and no Tax paid why dont they get charged a levey when they enter the UK, like the swiss do to people that want to go through switzerland
