hows things mate im just givin u my opinion here some lads might or might,nt agree with me Id change oil & filter every 10,000 km trd filter should just need a cleaning as most of the performance filters can be cleaned and reused so cheak every 10,000km too also keep a cheak on the maf sensor on the air box as they can get dirty & the car wont run right. Id change the diff oil & gear oil every 30 to 40,000 km Timeing belt at 100,000 km and be sure to change the tentioner and the 2 idlers also Pads just keep an eye on them it depends on your drivin hope this helps and im sure the lads will be on to give u advise too :winky:

Not at all i soldered the wires in its simple but im very good with electrics in cars .If any one wants one fitted id be more than happy.No sorry about that noel they wont work on autos Sorry noel forgot to tell u about the exhaust I got it from sumopower in the uk they are havin a sale on hks stuff.It cost me 600 yoyos delivered, i priced it in japan and it was 550 yoyos but i was afraid of bein caught for customs so i just went with sumopower

hows things lads.Got an apexi rsm from east coast alloys yesterday for 220yoyos. they are simple to fit had it done in about an hour.Higly recomended as a delimeter as it also desplays speed revs 0 to 60 and best of all it delimits .I also have a hks silent hi power exhaust on the way from sumo power in the uk :winky: will let ye know soon how it looks/sounds

might have some thing for u mate .A friend of mine is selling a set of tein coilovers.Tey are in perfect nick the car just passed the nct with them.He changed them for aset of soft lowering springs as the roads he travelles are very bad .I think the ajustable top mounts and all are with them. hes looking for about 450euros for them and he lives in limerick

X5 8K 9005 dont mean to dissopoint u mate but my car is 2006 for the dipped as i ordered 9005 and the wouldnt fit unless mine is different but i cant see why what are you searous?? it says 9005 for the is300 :tsktsk: wait these are for my high beams ya its 9006 for dipped and 9005 for fulls .Can i ask why are u puttin hids in your fulls have u them alreadyin your dips

So you are not getting much metal for your €530. I thought it would have been a complete system for that kind of money Not really mate just from the diff back .can i ask where did u get that price of 530 thats about 300 cheaper than any one ive tried

I was ringing around today in ireland and there all givin me prices of 8 & 9 hundred yoyos for the hks silent .I think thats mental money .they all said its a cat back but in the tezzas u cant .The middle section contains the cat and the middle box .the exhauts is in 3 sections ,the manifold ,the cat & middle section together& then the back section.So the cat back they are talking about only goes from the rear wheels back.To de cat the tezza the middle box has to go too unless u go cutting and welding .Ihope ye all know what im sayin its just kinda hard to explain Sorry one thing i forgot to mention was that the prices were all estimates because of course we are livin in ireland and they havent got a listing for tezzas just hondas and stuff :winky:

I got the8000k hid kit from vision bulbs for 130euro but that was with a group buy. they are a must on any car .try visionbulbs.com lads its a great site. Id double cheak yere bulb sizes as mine are 2006 for dipped and 2005 for full beam :winky:

hows things lads. thinking of changing my exhaust.Ihave a kakimoto system at the moment and its just way too loud. I was thinking of a blitz nur spec exhaust as a mate of mine has one on a tt supra and it sounds sweet and its not half as loud as my one.Also the muffler that comes with the blitz is brill it really quietenes it .When i put the mufflre into my car it sounds like a fergison 35 :winky: Any one got any other ideas

They gave me 35 mm and the car is still very comfortable :winky:

I have my lowerned on 35mm cobra springs & eagle f1 tyres all around & u can throw the car around a bend its glued to the road.U have to remember too u came from a front wheel drive car to a back wheel drive u would always have to be a bit more carefull but it shouldnt be as bad as that .Is ur car lowerned mate? :P

do u know the price of the timing belt alone is 400 euro .cause u have to buy 2 idlers and a tentioner and thats not including fitting.Any one who brings a car from japan its the first thing that should be done is the timing belt and make sure ye get the belt ,the two idlers and the tentioner its pointless doin it otherwise :winky:

ye i can do the clock in 4th gear ( 180kmh) so and still more there if it wasnt limited. probably get an rsm fitted before i get it dyon'ed any way Ye 4th is the norm as it's direct ratio from engine to drivetrain afaik... Hate the way ya can hit the limiter in fourth with 5th & 6th still to go lol so i will have to get the car delimited before the rolling road day lads will i? :)

Hows things lads what size are yere standered wheels, mine came in with the standered wheels with 225/45 on the back and 215/45 on the front .When i was getting a new set of tyres i found out the back alloys wont go on the front as the back are seven&a half inch and the front are seven.Is this normal do any of ye know. iknow the is200 are the same all round & my mates altezza is the same all round.

Sounds good. :winky: What way do u think well be surprised ? To be honest i think we will be a bit dissopionted,what do u think. I am delighted with the power in my car yet i have been talking to local lads who are dissopionted with their altezzas .They have said that altezzas are not as fast as they should be,being a 2.0l car and all & that the likes of type r hondas will leave an altezza sittin .I have drove these lads cars and they dont seem as fast as mine & i have went head to head with them too and pulled from them and they have drove my car and have admitted mine feels a lot quicker id love to find out why

ya id definatly be interested .i asked where were ye going cause there is plenty lads doin it that will only tell u what u want to hear not the truth .I want to here the proper figure not lies that will send me home smiling & thinking my car is pushing out more than it is :) One problem lads is as far as i know the car has to be delimited before going on a dyno . my car is still limited ,what about yeres :winky:
