  1. I live in Sheffield and use them for my servicing so I contacted them first.....no help what-so-ever, as I said in my first post, they could only supply the body colour/code. I actually purchased the car from Lexus Nottingham and they too have no idea of the colour code. Last resort was to contact Lexus GB direct and guess what...same reply "Sorry no can help", it seems the colour was plucked off the Dulux colour chart and no-one cared to remember what it was called! I could have the wheel refurbed, but obviously a small mark on the wheel as it has now is sure to be slightly better than an entire wheel that is a different shade to the other three. Many thanks buddy for taking the time to reply- Mark
  2. Hi all. I have managed to curb one of the alloys on my 2011 IS250 F-Sport (gunmetal alloys). Does anyone know the colour code for the paint, I believe it's also the same colour as on the CT200H alloys. How easy would it be for any 'mobile alloy repair tech' to match to the original colour of the wheels? Also where- if at all would I be able to purchase a 'touch-up' of the paint for this colour?.....I've contacted my local Lexus dealer and they can only supply touch-up paints for the actual body colour! I live in Sheffield (South Yorkshire), could anypne recommend a good 'mobile alloy repair tech' ? Many thanks in advance for your help- Mark

  4. Why are you trying to burn an MP3 DVD...? whats it for...? OR are you trying to play a copyed dvd on the levinson CD/DVD in car player..? A Mp3 DVD would be able to contain approx 1000 tracks, compared to a Mp3 CD which can only hold approx 120 tracks!!! You can't use an mp3 DVD - only CDs containing mp3 tracks will play. I was trying to do the same thing, then I read the manual which clearly states CD mp3 discs only. Yeah...I have seen that too, but the ML plays DVD's & also accepts Mp3 & WMA, so surely there must be a way to burn Mp3's to a DVD.......NO!

  7. try http://www.lexus-parts.com/ once the site is up and running again, they seem to have a problem at the moment but don't be put off by that I have used them loads of times and they are very reliable, just watch out for the postage costs and the fact you have to pay import duty as they do everything above board. However, with the dollar being so weak againt the pound you will get a decent price. Hope this helps. Thanks for that squire- knew there would be someone out there who could help
  8. It's left hand drive then?? I can pick one up from Lexus Westside in Houston for you, but at the moment I don't know when my next trip is, could be a week or even a month away. Thanks for that Tango, but looks really bare without it at the mo!

  10. Hi everyone. Just returned to the UK after living in the US for the last three years. While I was over there I bought an IS350- top car I must say. On my return to the UK I had my IS350 shipped back over here, I had only been back here for a week when I went out to my car one morning to find that some ***** had stolen the badges off my IS. I duly went to my local dealer & they were really helpful- supplying me with a 'LEXUS' & a 'L' badge for the boot, but they said that they were unable to supply me with a 'IS350' badge as this model is not available in the UK. I have contacted both LEXUS GB & LEXUS US but have had no response from either. Please can anyone help, many thanks in advance
