im 34 and clean license 2 years no claims and 350 fully comp for my standard sport.Is there any guys about the same age group who have told the insurance about there charger and how much extra was you? I pulled away from lights tonight and went through 1st and 2nd and a vectra of some sort was keeping with me so i need to get a s/c ASAP lol

Thanks for your help and all your comments.I spoke with one of the laxus salesman today as stores guy is not in on a Sat and he told me yes they can get my grille for tuesday so thats good. Im trying to decide if i should put on eyebrows??? i think im going to get the windows tinted darker i will go and see the guy near me as he has some new stuff that when you look from the side the windows dont look darker its just when you look head on that you notice it and its supposed to be legal and also i think i need a smoked sunstrip.then next month hopefully get the s/c.i goyt some of the trd badges today for the front wings i think they look smart and i will get some pics of these up soon

Ever since i got my car the driver side headlight been misting up/condensation and yesterday i removed the bulbs are dryed it all out with a hairdryer until it was all removed and went out in the car lastnight for a few hours and its back to the same even though there was no rain or going through water etc.i had a good look today and there is no visible cracks etc and the bulb holders have a good tight fit. Can anyone help?

am not sure its the dark grey but the guy did mention the granite sky but he told me that that was a light blue???

I got a blast in an Altezza today and as far as i know its standard.Oh lordy it would **** all over my IS200 Sport.Initial power and take off is much greater than my car.Its the RS200 grey import and i think its Yamaha tuned. Here are the obvious differences and the reason for this is probally as the RS does not cut out until 8000 RPM, but all through the take off its quicker. 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Is200 50 80 100 130 MPH RS200 60 100 120 130 MPH ran out of road to try 6th. My question is this would an Altezza ECU go into my IS200 and would it make a difference? Fitted a Scorpion Cat back system today and it sounds good it not too loud but its deeper than the standard one.Well chuffed.

its possible to chop and weld but not keen on doing that would rather do it right.

Prolex is charging 1750 for supercharger it must be more than 100 to get it fitted or is this doing it yourself?What about tuning setting it up or is it good to go as soon as its fitted?

aido have you fitted a supercharger already before? 1. what are we looking at to fit and tune and anything else thats recommended(cost) 2.how long does it take to do the work? 3.do you know if there is anybody up in Scotland that does it?

Any of you guys out there that have fitted the CamCon already. 1.what revs have you got it set at for the engine to kick in at? 2.what is the cost of mapping and any other costs to have it fitted? 3.did you use the one from prolex?

Hello all !!! , I just bought a 2000 Is200 Sport 3 days ago and i have to say i love it. There is only 1 thing that is bothering me and im sure lots of other people also having same problem. There does not seem to be no life in the engine until i hit 4500 RPM. Would a chip lower this and get rid of the flat spot? if so what is the best chip on the market for this engine? Someone also said playing with the ECU would also sort this out?I would appreciate all coments posted thanks
