Yes. For Right Hand Drive IS300, the position of battery and brake fluid should swap.
If the mileage is high say over 85000km, you will need a cam belt change soon, so this is another bargaining point.
Oh , 2 more point to check.
1. On the test drive, you need to test if the can hesitate to go on kick down. If so, the ECU may be not refresh with new program or the engine/throttle body is very dirty. My IS300 used to hesitate. I have flush the engine, throttle body and change all the spark plugs. Luckily the problem resolved. Now my car respond is so swift and powerful.
2. Check if the dashboard is very sticky. It is common to have the dashboard "melting" (become very sticky) especially on the passenger airbag cover.
Go for it and you definitely won't be disappointed by the IS300. GOOD CAR!!
