Only thing is...what do i use first..is it like in this order..

1) Shampoo / Conditioner & Liquid Wax Kit (with Lambs Wool Wash Mitt)

2) Quick clay Detailer Spray & Claybar

3) 3 Stage Deep Crystal System (Cleaner / Polish / Wax) (Applicator Pads, Supreme Shine microfibre Towel)

4) NXT Glass Cleaner

5) Endurance Tyre Gel

...is it missing "Meguiars Water Magnet microfibre Drying Towel" and "Duo Fiber Glass Super Towel"?

Really need an easy guide for what should be done at each stage and what of the product to use...oh and forget about alloy polish etc, as my wheels need refurbishing anyway so i don't care much about cleaning them too much...

Getting mine refurbished when i get some time off in the next few months and than coloured white, only problem is if they get kurbed its really going to show up...

Anyone know of any lexus breakers yard round SE area, somewhere near Canterbury?

im sure i read on here that American is200s are slightly different in size..something to do with crash bar in the front. American counterpart has to be larger in size than ours. Ive been looking around for ages in the body it for the is200 and i find that we are quite limited to what we can have compaired to other car manufacturers, and the C west kits is the only one i like. Do they sell them from the UK?

Anyone actually got these on their is200? If so post some pictures up so we can see what they look like.

Had my windscreen replaced just the other week cos it had a stone chip (filled in, but was a rubbish job (not by autoglass)). Couldn't live with it for another yr, so i changed it with new screen by autoglass. Paid my excess (£70). Would have been £788.90+labour if not paid through insurance LOL. When they replace your screen it will be the same glass, identical (obviously without the cracks lol), you have the black sun strips and heated strip etc. They will then stick 2 orange tape holding your glass to the car body to hold it while it drys. Like already mentioned, they advice you not to drive for a few hours at least. oh and you can smell a faint smell of glue to try to get high on lol. The only thing that is different i can see from the original glass is that the glass manufacturer is printed at the bottom left side of screen and thats about it.

Don't want to sound stupid (damn already done it), but is an induction kit standalone kit? and if you was to have a s/c do you still need the i/k? or do they go hand in hand with eachother? and how much bhp does it give if any etc? so many questions...and thats a killer spoiler you got there corsavandal is it off a F18A hornet? lol

I mostly want it for show than function ( i want to copy DJ wozza's sub through the ski hatch, i think thats class!) ..hence why im after the red/white version (as im going to have white wheels soon, i know u all hate it but i did a photoshop on it and seemed fine to me and i already have the red calipers). But like you said there are better subs but for under £100 Xplod subs/amps does the job for me...i don't really listen to really loud music and my mp3s are usually only at 192 bitrate anyway (and like i have any original music on CD LOL). Man since i joined this forum i can't stop doing stuff to my car! i done more (spent more) on my car in the last 4 months than in the past 2 yrs!

It looks as though quite a bit of work is required to actually get it looking neat and tidy and it's not just a direct replacement. I'm really not all that great with stuff like that, is there a genuine lexus one you can get which just fits straight in without the need to sand and paint and all that malarky!?

Also, seeing as you are all so helpfull here, can anyone point me a to some sites which sell the illuminated door sills for the IS200 SE?

Oh, ok, i'll look about for other makes of woofers then...thought sony woofers were goood...nevermind (but they do look nice lol)

Ok, we've all seen them, the Pentagon sony woofers. But what im looking for, which i can't find is version with red center and the cone is white. All i can seem to find is all red or all black/silvery gray combination. Is it some kind of limited edition with the red and white version or they stopped doing them etc. I want one, but can't anywhere that sells one with that colour! Yes its 2:12am and im still searching!!

Got myself a new insurance company, but they asked if my car (is200SE) has a thatcham approved immobiliser. Not sure what that is as ive never heard of it. i know the lexus does come with an immobiliser but not sure what type that is, and double locking doors. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? and how to prove if anything to them.

i got mine for the same money and yr as u Si, think it had just below 50k if i remember it right...i would never sell my lexus for any cars out there at the moment...well until a few yrs down the line then i may get a c class merc, only cos it looks like a lexus lol

OMG...ok, own up..whos selling their lexus!...its so beautiful as well. They put alot of work into this machine so it must someone on here! (ok apart from chrome wheels...only Americans like that kind of stuff lol)

I wish i could get the geo on my lexus checked out as the last time i changed tyres all round the inner section was like bold and the outside tread was still on 2-3mm. I would have to travel aprox 113.25 miles to get to wheels in motion....too far. To make thing worse, when i bought my car from lexus one of the tyre had the rotation wrong?!?! only knew this when i took it to kwit fit (i know they are cowboys, but i had no choice as i was using one of my spare perfect condition alloy/wheel to get to and from work through countrysides). My car at the moment feels sluggish..

Jesus *****, this has got to be one of the most outrages lexus is300 ive seen to date...let this set an example for all of us that are swimming in money lol

Ok, been searching on eBay for a while now to see how much my left over parts are worth, but no joy. Is it cos noone ever wants these or cos they never go wrong so noone needs to replace them lol. Remember these are used items, but how much are they worth? is200 2001 amp and rear speakers. Also i think its an amp, just found it in my boot after the tech has finished with my car..

Is it even worth my time to try and get rid of these? Also found new scratches on the side of the console (which i can;t get rid of, may use sand paper to smooth off the scratch), im always aware of the console could get scratched easily so i always cut my nails (yes im a bloke, but still for the sake of the lexus! lol)

Parthiban..sorry didn't see ur post. I found this out like last yr in summer, cos when i get my house after driving the first thing i do on the hot day b4 i get out of the car is to close the sunroof, then b4 it finishes i close both front windows and thats when i found out lol and now i close the sunroof (making sure its closed completely first) b4 i start closing the 2 front windows...was worried at one point that the sunroof would open without me knowing and the rain would get in over night.

its off, my old honda civic coupe. yeah gona get it sprayed, same colour, so my taste is,nt that bad then. lol

LOL OMG my next door neighbor has one of them! nowonder it looks so familiar...and the plus side their car is silver..im sure they won;t notice when they wake up one morning to find out the spoiler they have is missing and my lexus has obtained a new spoiler lol

You mean the whale tails like they have on a supra on a lexus? im pretty good with photoshop, so if you've got an image i'll fit them together, but its never what u seen until u see it for real....
