I have a lexus is200 se on a 2000, the sat nav really needs updating because i cannot search by postcode and it doesnt pick up most no entries, is this the case that search destinations by postcode is due to updating the dvd? and will any newer dvd disc work in my car?

i have purchased a new key from the main dealer i need to program it so that i have two master keys for the lexus is 200 can this be done if so how please?

A product called Pink wax is the best thing to use gives the car a clean shiny finish, can also be used on glass and wheels

whoever told you that you need to gain access to the ECU to reprogramme the key doesnt have a clue and is talking complete crap to put it mildly..... all reprogamming is done thru the ignition lock If what you said is true then why does Lexus want to change the ECU so that it can work with the new key made? ?

Lexus are saying to replace the ECU module this will cost £1400, i can get the ECU and key made from another person for £450

I jst done my the other week, you have to push down the clip on the back of the amp and push it out! use a screw driver to pull of the amp that shall do it!

top man its was as you said was the fuse blown but not the gauge but the first one near the accerlation pedal!

hi i have removed my sat nav unit so i could put in a after market stereo in the process the sat nav does not work i have the SE model which is fitted with the amp which i had to remove a iso cable from and connect to a special one, the system works fine but the annoying thing is that the sat nav does not work just a blank screen! can anyone really help please?? thanks

i have removed the dash from my lexus is200 to change the interior lights to blue but in this process for some reason the lights do not work even when the original lights were put back in, all the other lights on the interior work besides the dials? can anyone help please? thanks

My is200 SE has done 105000 approx, when the clutch is pressed down you can hear this irratating squeey noise which is i think the clutch bearing besides replacing the whole clutch is there anything i can do to get rid of this noise?

Hi i am new to this forum have just purchased a lexus is200 SE on a X Reg, the traction light is showing as off on the dash also the ABS light is showing aswell and so is the airbag lights? Will resetting the ECU via a computer sort this fault out or is to more to it? can anyone help please? ? ?
