hi, need a new cat and exhaust, lexus dealer has quoted £1079.00 fitted, engineer knocked out the cat when fitting a clutch and listed exhaust as blowing at flange. have looked on e-bay and can get a stainless exhaust, blue flame or cobra for around £250-270, though do not want a much louder pipe if poss, enquired about a cat online with the catman and he has asked if its a underfloor cat or front manifold cat??? i havnt got a clue so if anyone can let me know so i can get a price on one, also if anyone knows of a good stainless exhaust etc any info would be appreciated. thanks

i would be wary of having refurbed wheels off lexus, i bought a set off a much later model when the problem with coating was supposed to have been sorted and they have ended up as scabby as the ones i replaced! i would go for a decent after market set and sell the ones you've got on ebay!!!! All i will say is if you look after the car ...the car will look after you!!!! simple as that.....!

hi all, am not able to use my cd player in my is200 as after i have selected cd it shows "ERROR 3" on the display and wont do anything? does anyone know of a way to cure this problem??? had a recent clutch fitted at a lexus dealer and asked the service manager to have it looked at but he forgot to put it on the job card so didnt get done. thanks Adrian
