if engine management light on could be an ignition coil thats gone down

highly recommend blueprint discs and pads, top quality stuff! bought mine from ALS, they have a jap spares section

defo sounds like a siezed/stuck piston in caliper, if you use too much pad will wear down to bare metal and score the disc! know this from my own experience :( it should be possible to free up on your car and have re-greased

if going for aftermarket discs and pads i can recommend the ones made by blueprint, not the cheapest but top quality! got mine from ALS in exeter, they have a jap parts section and are very helpfull :)

not sure which one he knocked out matt, wasnt aware there was more than one, had my IS for 4 years as well! will try and find out asap and let you know, cheers, Adrian
