Hi Move the gear stick into Drive and then move it to the right (this puts into maunal and you'll this relected in the LCD screen just to the right of the speedo). You then use the buttons on the front the steering wheel to change down and the one's on the back to change up. Rememeber that it will still change the gears automatically on the way down if you forget to, even though it will still say you're in 5th for example. Ipaqs' look pretty popular. I've got the Destinator version, plugs in the bottom of the Ipaq rather than being a jacket, so the Ipaq retains its slender lines but is useless as a stand alone unit i.e. out of the car. Hi On a slightly different note, I've just bought an IS 300 and whilst only having driven less than 500 miles have noticed that sometimes when pulling away slowly the gear change between 1st and 2nd (or is 2nd and 3rd can't tell really) "jerks" into gear, enough to be quite noticable. Other times (most of the time) it's silky smooth. Anybody else had this?
