Hi I have a prolex katayama brace that I removed recently from my is200 just wondering can someone tell me what they sell for used these days? I'm not selling or posting on here so admin should be ok with this post.

So i have EML light up with the fault code P0135 which i read with my reader can anyone tell me if they know how to check the sensor for resistance as in which wires colour etc. Just to check it is the sensor and can anyone tell me which sensor is bank 1 is this the one closest to the brake fluid reservoir or the one close to front of car. Also what problems will this cause apart from the EML light on thanks for any help.

Hi just after some advice i want to replace my horns with something like 2 Stebel Magnum horns can anyone tell me if they have ever fitted them to the is200 as they come with a relay dont want to do lots of wiring so just wondered if they just plug strait on. thanks for any help.

hi the p0420 is catalyst efficiency below threshold bank1 i had this code come up it turned out that the joint behind the rear cat before the last oxygen sensor was blowing from the joint so i put some new gaskets on and its not come back hope this helps .

The lex took on a lamp post today and lost im gutted about it can anyone tell me if its goes through insurance do you think it will be a write off it looks like the crumple /slam panel has gone as it high near the boot catch any ideas its a is200 se with 117.000 on the clock on a 51 plate heres some pics thanks for any help

thanks m8 i see thats there KYB twin tube gas shocks i have heard these are good has any one got these if so which ones and i will buy a pair as you say do i need to have any allinment or tracking done after fitting ?? thanks again

Hi guys i need some advice i had some oil on the drive today so i looked all round the car and i spotted some oil on the rear shock what do you guys think i. I think the shock has gone anyone know where the best place to buy a new one also do you have to change them in pairs any help is great. thanks again. Heres a pic to show what i mean.

Hi i have a problem with fault code P0420 and i belive this is because i have a slight blow between the rear cat ans lambda sensor can anyone tell me where to get new gaskets from please or can i get any universal ones if so any body know the sizes. thanks again

Hi guys i need your help i have just been on way home after work and my engine check light came on so i got my reader out with luckly was in my boot and i got a stored code of P0420 CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD BANK 1 . i have just had my original exhaust put back on yesterday as my japspeed one was to loud for me so i am hoping you guys can help with what the problem could be it took 50 miles for the light to come on and when i hold my hand tight on the end of the exhaust i can hear a slight blow near the mid cat could a gas leak from a blowing joint cause this code to come up thanks for any help.

i see they are 60mm the same size as the cap just a sticker but they are 100% the correct size and fit perfectly

i put my new center cap stickers on today i think it is much better as the ones which come with my alloys said 17" on them which was not what i wanted on a center cap what you guys think. sorry about the dirty wheels

about the amount of wheel arch space mine is a 51 plate is200se and i think the space looks bigger in this pic and i am looking in to ordering some coilovers soon to make it look better

Well as the title says i was cleaning the inside of my car today and when i looked at the odometer it had black on the display just a little bit around the edges like the screen had been leaking the best way to describe it is if you ever drop a watch or calculator and the screen gets a small amount of black round the edges i dont know why this happened but when i turned the key on it slowly went away and has not come back any ideas why this happened.

hi m8 i have dotz on my lex but the dotz hanzo ones and i have to say that the quality of the wheels is great i have not had any problems with mine the only bit is that my center caps say 17" on them but i have ordered some lexus center cap stickers on ebay should look good i have the wider width alloys cant remember the size but there were two options on width i choose the wider alloy but thoose ones you posted should look good m8 heres some pics of mine also.

yes it is needed it monitors the exhaust gasses that go through the cat.....if you remove it your engine warning light will show....... thanks for the quick reply makes you wonder why they are telling me that there is no need for it i dont spose you know the thread size and pitch i think its m18x1.5mm any ideas as i cant get the sensor out the have you got any ideas on how to get it out thanks for any help ormi

right then how is this done cos i was guna change the exhaust with my friend but not sure if hes done that before as hes only done straight throughs on a skyline and a few hatchbacks well i have this same problem my new pipe has no hole so tomorow i am measuring and drilling a hole and getting a lug made up looks like a washer but only deeper about 7mm thick and im welding it on and i belive its a m18x1.5mm thread i need to tap into the lug correct me if im wrong? and also another thing i went to buy a lug today and the bloke said dont worry about the sensor just unplug it i said no as im sure its needed and will bring on the engine check light or a fault code am i correct in this? thanks again for any help and hope this gives you some idea on how to get round this problem.

Hi if you see This post will explain all i need some help can someone tell me where i can get a rear lambda sensor lug or boss its called i think and can anyone tell me the size thread i need i belive its a m18 x 1.5 mm thread but need to find out before i go looking for one thanks for any help.

Hi i posted a question on here last week about This i just got this system and the secondary pipe had no hole for any sensors and i was told that there were no sensors that far bck but i looked today and there is a sensor that i will need to drill and weld a nut on i think this is the only way i can think of sorting it can anyone think of a better idea and does anyone know what this sensor is i think its a lambda sensor but not sure and can anyone help me with what type of thread it is and the thread size so when i get it on the ramp i can have it all there and done thanks again here are some pics of the new pipe which i have marked the rough point to drill new hole and sensor.
