thanks for your help just wanted to check that there were no sensors i would have to drill holes for in the new secondary pipe thanks agian.

Hi i have just got this system can anyone tell me i heard somewhere on here that there was two sensors oxygen near the start of the exhaust system i just wanted to check that there are no more sensors near the back as you can see the secondary pipe part has no hole for any sensors so just wanted to check thanks again.

Hey mate, Bought a similar system from Japspeed UK. Looked pretty good and fit perfectly apart from secondary pipe needed modifying. It came with a bolt in silencer that you could open or close to change the sound or you could take the whole thing out and have it full flow. It is a lot louder especially around 2500-3000 revs where it booms. Its fun for a while but have decided to change it for something a bit more reserved but still has a good howl. hi lexuspalma i have just purchased the same system from them i think and can i ask why you had to modify the secondary pipe thanks.

i agree and i was using it as an example could you suggest any good speakers and i take it i got the correct size then thanks again.

Hi i was thinking of upgrading my front speakers in my is200 SE can anyone tell me if 6.5" is the correct size and can anyone tell me if its a strait swap over to other speakers like these and can anyone tell me wat is the max depth i can get thanks agian for your help.

hi was going to have a go at this but can anyone tell me what length of silicone pipe i need will 1 metre do and is the silicone hose all 63mm internal diameter.Also can anyone tell me what the angles of the metal tubes are did you bend these urselfs or buy them like it thanks for any help. and also can you tell me i have a pro lex strut brace if i do this will it fit under the brace or could i run it behind it any ideas ?

Update i went to lexus they had the bloke come out and take pics and have a look they said it was rusting for the inside out they noticed that i had treated it with rust treatment and touched up the area so they went all funny about it cause any work not carryied out by lexus nulls the warranty or something so i said send me a estimate of how much to repair it anyway got it they want 750 quid to do it so i will find somewhere local to do it and i say to anyone with rust in the sill same as me but has not touched it like i did go and see they seemed happy to do it if its not been touched so worth a try.

i need to top up my coolent but as i couldnt get to the dealer to buy the lexus stuff i went looking for the ethleyne glycol stuff could anyone tell me if this is ok just to top up the rad a bit i mean will it mix with the lexus stuff already in the rad without any problems and can anyone tell me where i can get the ethleyne glycol stuff because all i saw was stuff like halfords advanced 5 year coolent with Enhanced corrosion inhibitor and Silicate Free Organic Acid Technology (OAT) is this any good? thanks again.

hi guys i fitted my Prolex Katayama brace the other day but it was rubbing on the air box so i just but 1 washer under each bolt and it raised it off the air box but it seems to me it is close to the heat sheild sound deadning stuff might even be touching it but my question is it this ok as i didnt want to risk denting my bonnet when its closed so can anyone help with this thanks again.

hi m8 got my snow socks they were easy to use and they are great i tryed going on every snowed up road and up hilly roads down them reversing speeding up braking and they worked great so i think its a good idea m8 these are the same as i have here thanks again.

yes i do like your idea i have 3 bags of salt in the boot aswell for some weight also a shovel but wanted some socks aswell and my is200 is manual mate thanks again.

yes m8 will let you know how i get on when i get them good time to test them as lots of snow in my estate now lol and i found a video of the same snow socks under the name siepa which are the same socks as goodyear made in same factory just different name same product tho is the video i know its a four wheel drive but you get the idea thanks.

hi m8 i just ordered some snow socks like chains but fabric cause i have alloys on. There on ebay here should come tomorrow good thing cause we just had so much snow over last couple of hours hope them come tomorrow then i can test them out :)

snow button seems to work good. where i live to get out off the street is a big hill and so many cars got stuck going up one woman sat nearly on the limiter trying to go up it lol i just let it pull its self up it in the end. also i have just ordered some goodyear snow socks so wonder what they will be like will let you guys know when i get them and use them .

hi i have a small problem with rust on one of my sills its a couple of smaller then 1 pence pieces bout 4-5 inches from the back wheel it seems to me to be coming from inside out so i see that lexus have a 12 year rust/corrosion perforation warrenty so what i was wondering shall i ring lexus and explain about this problem and also if i wanted to get the sill replaced does anyone know a ruff cost of this thanks again

hi again fitting my hid kit with slim ballasts as i have two kits to fit dipped and main could anyone tell me if it would be a good idea to mount one ballast by using the predrilled hole on the ballast and drilling and taping where it would be fixed in place and then cable tieing the other ballast ontop of the fixed one i was thinking if i did that they may over heat because of them been so close to each other and not been able to dissipate heat or shall i just take the easy way and velcro them on thanks again.

did you get 6k for head lights and main beam???? not got them my self but on my list to get they really look amazing and they are fitted to the is220/250 standard and they look amazing. Yes m8 i got 6000k for both dipped and main it should look good didnt want to go to blue with them will let you know how i get on thanks again.
