    my 400 at the minute has 225 55 17 on and the ride is nice i have a set of 225 60 16 which came with the car. what difference do you think it would make to the ride if i put these on? does any one have good idea for tyres i am wanting a soft ride as i have a sport car for when i want a blast !

    i have had a key cut it is fully functional but not remote. didn't need a transponder cost me £25 well chuffed

    update i now have a key cost 25 and no transponder and fully function great.

    thanks andy, i cant find anyone local who laser cuts here, and i have found out it has a transponder in it, so cheapest quote so far if £65 all in. better than a dealer price ;)

    if this helps i have just bought a m reg lpg ls 400 for £1300 she is in need of some love and this is why the price was low also seen a 97 model for £2000 again lpg and was mint, hope that give you some ideas.

    that will fit the mark 3 95-97 but may also fit the mark 4 - i have just checked mine and its the same part number - my LS is 96 Many thanks for the info. Will now list it on ebay.

    i have one that dosnt fit my car a 95 model but it has number stamped on it is crw1342-b i just had to buy new one from lexus cost £50 WOW any body know which model this will fit?

    thanks for all the tips, fix it but had to replace the cig socket the other one had died. but all good now :D

    i only have one key for my 94 ls 400. have asked lexus and they want £140 but they cant me if it needs to be programed or not ! can anybody shed any light? i have seen on ebay keys but they are 3 button,i only have one button, i have been told you can get a key for a £10 but it will only open the door. not what i want i want a fully functing one ideas anyone

    ok i'm stuck found engine fuse box but dont know which was which any one got a manuel to tell me where they are ? please.

    picked up the ls 400 on tuesday so many toy to get to grips with.i cant get my mobile charger working in the front cig 12 volt socket i have tryed other thing in there but doesnt seem to be any power any idea what could be wrong? the rear on is working ok. thanks for your help kp

    i have just bought a ls 400 with lpg on don't know if this helps you but i couldnt get less than £2000 for system fitted so but car already done, driven 400 miles in it and the gas is great not quite as smooth but you would hardly tell. go for it be green

    thanks manc sorry to hear yours is suffering the good news is there are bargains to be had out there. i am fortunate i have friend's who are good with spanners so that should take some of the sting out. but the proof is in the pudding find out tomorrow just how good it is?

    you are probably right there, will let you know when i run her the mpg! any ideas where to get a service manual from? when money comes an new exhaust and sort out the scratch will be done but it timing belt and water pump first, also need cassete for cd havent seen one of them about yet? can i fit a after market one in there if i cant get original ?

    What type/size should be original. would like to have newer steering wheel the wood grain one. What mods are good for it?

    thanks for that both, i keep watching the classifed here but no luck with one yet !! will try the ac on other ones to see if they are better. any other buying tips?
