Yea thats where it came from. I have a lead on some genuine 10" rims. If the price and condition is right i will snag them.

OK sounds promising then. I have the 18" wheels but not the 10"s on the back. I do have a sport sticker on the lower fog lamp and on the rear quarter glass. The car has been lowered more from what i was told. I also have the rear wing. BTW it's a mk1 i think on a R plate, 97.

OK guys i need some help here. I have the gs 300 sport i think but the log book says it's a gs300. I have the rear wing fitted to the sports but any other ways of telling. Are all the sports listed as gs300 on there log books. I need the info for insurance reasons. Help me out here please.

I only have 1 key and i doubt it's a master. They are normally red.

I paid £15 to have my supra done the other day. 4 wheel laser alignment at quick fit. Total bargain.

My remote has never worked so i may have found a second hand one that will need to be programmed. Anyone no the procedure.?

I have a similar issue on my gs300 mk1. It also has new caliper/discs. Only happens sometimes mostly at very slow speeds. If i hit the brakes it seems to stop. Weird

Looks great, i want to do my MK1 the same. 4" was what i was thinking. Did you replace the center pipe as well. Guessing the layout is similar to the mk1. I have to replace my center cat soon as it is damaged. Would like to remove them but i doubt it would pass the mot. BYW £200 is a total bargain. A guy on ebay selling something similar quoted me £650.

Guys the gs 300 has a bit of a wobble on the steering i think. Not all the time but it kinda bugging me now. I read somewhere it's common but what cause's it? Cheers Pat

Yes sorry for not saying thanks, just been real busy this week. I had the car on a ramp today and the center cat has been hit very hard and is out of shape. It is leaking at both ends and has been scraping the floor for some time by the state of it. I need a new one anyway. I will replace that part and look into having the rest done in stainless i think. Found one on ebay for around £170. Is that a good price? They are available on ebay. Two different sellers. One is around the £170 and the other is over £190

Looks like the exhaust has seen better days on the Gs so could do with some advice. The rear boxes look shot so i am thinking stainless steel for these two sections. The section in front of them i am not sure about. Is that a cat. It looks fooked as it has been dragged about on the last owners drive and on mine already. Might need to replace that as well. I could do with a diagram of the exhaust sections from a manual so i can see what it what. Does such a thing exist? Could do with some help here guys.

Ok my boot release only works sometimes. I hear the solinoid clicking but it does not release the boot. Is this a common fault? Any easy fixes recomended? Cheers pat

Yea be glad to see a pic or two. I had been thinking of silver face and black behind but might be hard to do. Gunmetal might also be a good look, not quite as dark as black.

Need some help here, can't make up my mind if i should paint the stock wheels on the GS silver again. They are black at the moment. They have a silver stripe around the outside edge but that it tape. Suggestions welcome ..

Thanks for the replys, i have found several lights on ebay even paid for one but it broken when he removed it. There are a few more but they are mostly drivers side and the other one wanted stupid money

Yep it was on there for some time If i remember right. Could do with some new paint on the front bumper as those miles have put a few scars on it but the rest is good.

Yea i don't post much though on there as i don't have a mk4 but one day i will. Steve did my HG repair but it only lasted 2800 miles for some reason. I got Ed to do the second build in my garage after i took it all apart and polished and painted it all. Seems ok at the moment fingers crossed.

Thanks for the heads up, wonder why the wheels are so rare? i thought all the sports models were fitted with them anyway.

I need a passenger side head light for a gs 300 sport on a 97 plate. I also want a cd changer and i am looking for a pair of genuine 18/10 rear wheels for the sport model. Lastly the exhaust looks a bit worn out so i am looking for a new system in stainless steel. So anyone selling anything like that give me a shout. Pat

Hi guys, i just got myself a GS 300 sport on a 97 plate for £1500. Good buy i think the car is very tidy inside and out. Needs a little tlc here and there but mostly good. It has a lot of miles at 156000 but drives like new with no ratlles or squeeks. I will be looking for a few parts soon. I need a passenger head light, CD changer and i want some proper 18/10 lexus rear wheels. Anyway enough for now a couple of pics for you all. BYW i am a long time owner of a supra as well so no stranger to the Toyota mark. Pics
