Another way is to push the pins out of the hinges then you can remove the entire glove box giving you lots of room to work

Hi
I've been browsing these boards for quiet some time & have found some very helpful info on the IS200 that directly translates over to my own vehicle. Though I'd join up just to make browsing a little easier & maybe ask/answer the odd question from time to time. I can normally be found lurking on Altezza Club of New Zealand & Australia, TezzaWorld & NZICE forums.
A little bit about me: I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I drive a 1999 SXE10 Altezza RS200-Z which I purchased in May last year('08). It's powered but the infamous Beams 3S-GE which is rated at 210PS from factory. As you can see it lowered on the factory rims & has the OE "sports elegance" body kit with tail light covers. Check out my signature link for a full list of mods.
Here's a couple of pics for y'all

I think you'll find the 280T was a joint effort between TOMS & NETZ dealers.
Taken from http://www.tomsracing.co.jp/global/e/history/index.html1999 - Developed Tom's version "280T" ALTEZZA with Team Netz (9 Netz Toyota dealers) and completely sold out all 100 cars in one day.Good luck finding a kit though. You may be able to find a fiberglass replica at best
Rear Speakers

Aren't the OE rear speakers 2Ω? If you're still running the factory head unit & put aftermarket 4Ω speakers in there they will add extra loading resulting in the amp making less power & potentially damaging it. You're better off upgrading the front speakers anyway. The rears should just be the for fill. 90% of the sound should come from the front.
