  1. I believe as you said it is a 40mm drop on the standard IS and would only be a 25mm drop on the sport. People have different opinions on how low you can go but generally the feeling is 40 mm can be done just with springs but any lower and you should really go with coilovers. Tenzo r springs do a 50mm drop but dont no what theyre like.

  2. Hehe i know its not nice to laugh at others problems as it would annoy me aswell. But it reminds me of that top gear episode when they where in india and clarkson and hammond wired mays horn up to his brake lights! So every time he touched the brakes his horn went off haha classic. Sorry i couldnt help. Doesnt the alarm have a seperate ecu though? Maybe thats faulty.

  3. Hi all

won this on eBay the other day and just got it. It needs a respray as it has a few scuffs and cracks but it looks awesome in my opinion. The listing said it was geniune toyota but im not so sure now. It doesnt say toyota on it anywhere but i cant remember if my other bumper does or not. It is however plastic and not fibreglass which is good. anyway what you think? Not sure ive seen one of these before. Also it does come with fogs but havent received them yet.

Sorry about the poor quality photos, best i can do tonight. will get some more when i trial fit it.20121113171048.jpg20121113172017.jpg20121113173034.jpg20121113173054.jpg

  4. A good hid kit will not dazzle oncoming vehicles. Its only kits with a poor light spread that will do that. I got mine from hids4u. never had any problem. Just make sure you dont buy any cheap eBay ones. So the answer is no, you dont need projectors.

  5. After a normal drive around town for example, put your hand near the wheel/disc. If you feel quite abit of heat coming off, chances are its a siezed caliper. Compare the temperature with the other wheels to get an idea of how warm they should be. You could also jack the car up and try spinning the wheels by hand. They should spin freely. Also listen for the discs catching in places. and not to be offensive or anything but just remember the handbrake is on the rear wheels lol just some people i think forget that. :phone:
