I like your Avatar - :P Customer Service In customer service, as in everything we do, Lexus aim high. From the moment you walk in the Lexus Centre, the Lexus experience begins - and it doesn't end once we've sold you a car. Far from it. For as long as you are a Lexus owner, you can rely on ongoing, personal treatment and the utmost professionalism. How can they possibly think that the treatment you received at Bolton can equate with this statement. I think LGB have some responsibility here if they are going to continue making statements like this.

I,ll go along with that , Stockport it is in future, had no problems with them so far, can't believe Bolton are being so childish. Good luck with your litigation.

read this just in time. Bolton is my nearest dealer and I was about to purchase an ls430. Think I will go to Stockport instead. Stockport does seem to get much better write ups. Thanks for the insight. :o
