in the next few months gonna try and pick up a lexus is200 for a grand or under to use as a second car! how do you rate my chances of finding something alrite for this price range? it will prob be a 99 with 130,000 plus miles put don't mind if service history is at least 60% complete! will look at a few cos in no hurry because have a ls400 on lpg as everyday car just fancy another lexus cos some cheap older ones about now in good shape still!

ha ha personal choice can't believe some don't like the aztec fire! it looks great on the is200 shape i think! cheers for all your comments guys! -
Whats your favourite lexus is200 colour! Mine is Aztec fire! Quite like them also in dark green,dark blue,and black! great cars!

seen a house with 3 lexus's on the drive 2 lexus ls400's and 1 lexus gs300 knocked on the door and asked if he planned to to sell any! he said yeah the gs300 he wanted 750 for and one of the 400's he wanted 550 for!he had just bought a newer 400 with 100,000 miles on so thats why he was selling the other 2!looked at both and test drove them and fancied the 400 so offered him 475 on the spot and took it home! no trouble with it in the 3 months i have had it and it has 209,000 miles on it! recon i got a bargain! all 3 of them had lpg kits on them

There is one in the United States of a Miracle that has done in excess of 500,000 miles. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls400/88147-500k-mile-ls400.html Wouldnt you just know they would have a world beater, still their roads are longer than ours. Mike cool wanna see one do a million lol! a guy years ago who broke cars told me when i asked him about quality cars said get a lexus there are alot better built than anything else around, even better than 80's merc's and he said yes!

yeah like the gs300 mark 1 myself! might get one to go with my ls400! when designing the ls400 apparently lexus took apart a couple of bentley's to see how they were made lol!

who has the highest mileage ls400 on this forum and whats the highest mileage one you have seen or know about? mine is 209,000 but did see one a while ago on gumtree with 360,000! have heard these do 500,000 if well serviced!

cool rumour has it bill gates had a ls400 and adored it so did paul macca! is your gs300 a mark 1? that car was to be a jaguar but they couldn't afford the design or couldn't afford to build it someone once told me! don't know if its true or not!

cool first seen one around 1992 when a garage owner who sold bentley's had one and told me he loved it and also had the same one at this villa in spain! it made an impression cos i thought it must be good if he isn't using one of his bentley's!

cheers do you recon they suit because haven't seen a ls400 with is200 alloys on! Mine is a grey/silver so recon they will suit! Cheers!

Can anyone tell me if is200 5 spoke alloys from a 2000 se will bolt straight on to my ls400 1994! Cheers has anyone done this and got any pictures so i can make up my mind Cheers!
