    parked my 430 on the drive at 4pm 8pm neighbour informs me that my hazards have been on for the past hour! strange i thought knowing that i hadn't left them on for all that time went outside and sure enough they were on???????? tried turning them off with the hazard switch...no still on disconnect and re connect the battery....still on anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks for the advice cleverdick But unfortunately the Mark Levinson CD is a self contained unit in the dash!

    No sound from my CD player! Loads CDs OK,changes from 1 through 6 OK Sometimes when I select a disc 'check disc' shows but all are bought quality cds and loaded correctly. Sound on radio and cassette is OK. Anyone experienced the same? or any ideas how to fix?

    That video is for removing the CD only. I want to remove the satnav screen which is positioned above. Reason for removing is to replace as my screen doesn't always respond to touch!! Thanks anyway!

    went to my 430 the other day and my master key has stopped working wirelessly! engine starts with it in the ignition ok! my second key works fine. anyone had similar problems? is there a fix I can do before I pay lexus £69 + vat to re-program it?

    my 2001 ls430 has developed exactly the same problem over the past few weeks! be very interested to hear how you got on Liam.

    spot on steve! flat battery...somehow I left the boot undone over the weekend! doh!

    pressed the button on the remote to open the car and zilch nothing happened changed the battery in the remote ...nothing used the spare key...nothing any ideas!!

    had my diagnostics checked today and it showed 1 code:- 'C1752 continuous current to exhaust solenoid' ant ideas?

    when opening my ls430 with the remote I can hear a squeak as it unlocks! it seems to come from the drivers door area! any ideas?

    Recent mot advisory was 'front lower wishbone control arm bushes cracking' ordered a pair from lexus at £106 each however my local mechanic couldn't remove the old ones as his press wasn't powerful enough! I have since been told that only lexus can do this job at a total price of £535 Has anybody had this job done other than at lexus? any info gratefully received

    having a 2001 ls430 is proving very difficult to upgrade my satnav disc! would it be possible to upgrade the system from a later model?

    firstly many thanks to fred81 for his kind offer! I have removed the disc and it is a DVD version 1.01 release 00.10 (I assume that's October 2000) anyone help with the latest dvd that will work on my system?
