  1. Quick question, is the above needed for changing the rear pads, if so can anyone point me in the right direction for a suitable one, or will G clamps do the job?
  2. Try Tony from wheels in motion. He developed new settings for the is200, and will be able to suggest somewhere. Have heard good things about blinkmotorsport in Winsford albeit with mx5's, not Lexus.
  3. I've had my 200 for just over a year. Put a load of shopping on the front passenger seat for the first time this week. That was a new light (to me) that started flashing!
  4. Hi, hoping someone could help me please. As it was the first decent weather of the year, got the hosepipe, sponge and vacuum cleaner out. I took up the rear seats to clean underneath and noticed that on both sides there was damp on the sponge padding. Any ideas where it could be coming from? Sunroof drains blocked perhaps?
  5. Hi, I've recently bought an is200 and have a question about the engine. The cover over the airbox has no Lexus logo instead it has Beams 2000? Does this mean the car is likely to have had a new engine at some point? If so would the mileometer have been reset? In essence i'm asking if it's anything to worry about!?
  6. Have to say I'm loving it! Apart from the stone chip in the windscreen and 2 punctures within a week. No doubt I'll have issues that will arise so glad to be here.
  7. I've been browsing the forum for a couple of weeks after buying an 03 is200 SE. It's a bit of an upgrade after owning a Fiat Punto since new for 9 years!
