  1. Hi, one of the dvd screens in the headrests has stopped working The other one works perfectly. The screen turns on, but then turns off again. Any ideas ? cheers,
  2. Hi, My wife had an RX300LE, which we owned for 3 years, and it was 100% reliable, and my wife, who isnt into cars, really loved it. I have to say it was a pleasure to own, as it looked good and was extremely comfortable. We decided to sell it a few months ago with the intention of downsizing to a Qashqui / Rav or CRV, but having driven them we decided to buy an Rx400h, which we are very pleased with. I would recommend an RX300 100%, and they are excellent value for money, despite for their adiction to petrol stations !
  3. Hi, does anybody know what the 4 red lights are for on each door pillar (nearside and offside) between the front and back doors of an RX400 ? They point towards the back seats and come on as soon as the car is started. I am wondering if they are something to do with the hybrid system or maybe the multimedia system fitted into the rear of my car ? many thanks,
  4. Hi, thnaks again for your informative replies. I will be buying charger before our next holiday.
  5. Hi, thanks for the info, thats really helpful. I have found the one you bought on another website (although the price is £55). That one (IPC)has 4.3 watts of power, whereas the AA one only has 2.4 watts, so i presume the ipc is a better choice, although its more expensive ?
  6. Hi, I have just upgraded from an RX300 to an RX 400h, but are concerned by what i have read about flat batteries, and are trying to find a way of avoiding it. I am considering buying an AA 2.4 watt solar charger plugged via the ebd socket . Has anybody used one of these successfully when away on holiday, so not using the car ? I dont want to disconnect the battery or remove fuses as this will invalidate the insurance as the alarm wont function. Any advice is appreciated.
