  1. Hi I think the problem os that the hinges crack where the torsion bar fits into the slot that's bolted to the body you can see in picture above the wrench so the boot wont pop up or stay up I've done loads of these and you do have to remove the rear seat and parcel shelf to gain access to the bolts that hold them to the body.   2. hi john I personaly have not seen any 250is with lpg fitted.a friend of mine who has had a ls400 and a ls430 both with lpg has now got a 460 cannpt get it converted thankully! I think its something to do with the injection system having both direct and indirect injectors?   4. Hi have you tried the key in the boot lid and open boot manually you can isolate the boot operation on the lock by turning the barrel so the slot is horizontal Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk

  6. Hi in past experience could be air fuel ratio sensors or oxygen sensor req diagnosis to be 100% though I am in sheffield so a bit too far to come!

  9. Hi, my name is Dave and I'm a new user here from Sheffield. I don't own a Lexus as yet but have worked on them for 15+ years so thought I may be able to be of some assistance to those needing advice and help with their Lexus cars. I am a partner in a garage in Sheffield, 5heffield 5ubaru 5ervice Ltd, which specialises in Lexus and Subaru vehicles, although we do work across the board. We currently hold meets for all the local Subaru guys to come down and get to know each other and have a look round each others cars at their mods, etc, and hopefully if there is some interest could organise a meet for Lexus owners too.
