    Hello Dave,yes I was quoted £75 plus vat each today for the coils.Denso IK22 plugs are for a standard engine I beleive.I think I will need a cooler running plug...what do you reckon? Thanks.Lee.

    I'm just wondering any ideas on prices for the coils replacement? I have been advised to change all 6 coils and the plugs. 3 of my coils are not firing,been quoted £580 for all 6 and a set of platinum plugs.The coils are Blueprint are are supposed to be top quality, I expect you can get cheaper replacements but I do want a quality replacement set. Any help/advise would be great. Thanks.Lee.

    All great,then on the way home,things went downhill rapidly,car started to misfire then cut dead.My immediate thought was the coils. Got the breakdown company to recover the car, got it to my mates place and yes 3 of the coils are not firing at all. He advised me to fit all 6 coils and new plugs,then it gets worse....the price .... £580.Not good at all. Anyone had any decent prices for the coilsticks and if so where from please? Thanks.Lee.

    Took the car for the geometery set up today,I had Tony from Wheels in Motion to have a chat to my guy to get the right set up. Many thanks to Tony if your reading this. Adjusted the rebound settings up a bit on the fronts on my HKS coilovers to as it was a bit to soft,much better now,not to harsh at all, still a nice comfortable ride but feels tighter now.     No the car is in really good shape,the hoses looked a bit tired and passed their best so i thought a nice freshen up will make all the difference.Will be changing a few other hoses and clips aswell soon.I am just very very fussy with my cars,got OCD I think,I'm used to all this with my cossie. Thanks.Lee.

    It's already done at 35% Dave all round but it's peeling away in places,looks terrible especially when the sun is out,I am very particular though..lol. I need to get it redone but unsure how dark to go for the rear windows and windscreen,I think I will just remove the tint from the front windows anyway. Thanks.Lee.

    Got the passenger side front caliper and painted up ready to fit. Bought some new silicone boost hoses and some new stainless jubillee clips. New caliper with one dirty wheel after driving 20 miles in the rain this morning. Lower side hose and clips Throttle side hose and clips. Turbo to Air filter hoses and clips. Gonna do the 2 bottom hoses that fit direct to the intercooler next weekend as the cooler is coming off to be painted black and the bumpers are having a freshen up to along with the mesh grills being painted black.     Thanks for the feedback,I have heard quite a few stories now,not good at all that,I really feel for you.Such shoddy workmanship and yet they really seem to know how to charge to. Seems quite a few have been done over by them,so to speak. yes as said above,their charges are just ridiculous. Thanks.Lee.

    Manual transmission.I replaced my pollen filter,good job I did as the one in the car hasn't been changed for quite some time by the looks of it. Totally up to you reguarding your pollen filter,if it looks ok just give it a gentle tap and use a small paint brush to gently remove the dust/ dirt between the pleats and re fit if it looks pretty good.     So just to confirm was the rear screen ever tinted on the sport or was it only the side windows? Going on what is mentioned above, I think I will remove the tint on the front windows. Thanks.Lee.

    My front drivers side caliper had seized quite badly,ruined the disc and worn the pads right down to bare minimum on that side, replaced the caliper and new discs and pads last weekend only to discover that the other side has also seized but not as bad yet.I picked up another caliper today and will fit it this weekend so hopefully that will be an end to it. I think my car has been standing for a few months through the winter months,I have only recently purchased the car,now I'm starting to use it,I think the heat has now got into the brakes and the calipers started to seize up.     Did the oil and filter,there was plenty of room for the oil filter, the one already on the car was a Lexus size fitment,I used the shorter filter as I already purchsed this. Thanks.Lee.

    Old cambelt,idler and tensioner being removed. R Rad and fans removed. New cambelt,tensioner and idler fitted. Thanks.Lee.

    Old brakes being removed. New Brembos and new caliper painted up and fitted.
