  1. I have recently adjusted mine. Before you start, check the manual that you are turning the right adjuster and continue to turn and turn until you notice that the beam moves. It goes very slowly. Do you have xenon headlights with auto levelling system maybe?
  2. Rising the topic again :) I have just fixed my front headlight leveling sensor so I just wanted to share this with you. I took the rear sensor from Honda accord 2003-2007, they are the same as mine on IS200. Also you can find one from Toyota prius 2004-2005 or Mazda rx8. Just be careful because there are two different types, look the same from the outside but they are "mirrored" inside. I also replaced the main cause of leakage, the seal. For some reason they put the seal wrongly and that is the main cause of failure. I ordered new seals 10x21x7 with dust lip and put it as it should be (dust lip towards the ouside of the shaft). I also put some metal-free grease all around the seal. Now it looks good and works great! Here are some pictures:
  3. After some investigation I found out that Toyota Prius (2004-) has the same HID autoleveling sensor. Maybe it's good to know that :)
  4. Here's the seal. OD 21mm ID 10mm Wide 8mm
  5. Thanks! There is no bad weather - just bad equipment, I would say :) Especially, if we consider the price. For that kind of money they should be made out of gold, at least :) There was a leakage from the seal side of sensor (not o-ring). Anyway, I'm relay disappointed with quality. Any idea where can I find one in good condition?
  6. Yesterday I decided to fix my faulty front headlights autoleveling sensor but after I opened it, I realized that it is in very bad condition and there is no easy fix :(
  7. Thanks! Yes, it is in very good condition. Just a few things are missing, front RH headlight washer cover needs to be attached and antenna base is broken so I need to fix it. Probably it has been damaged in the automatic car wash. At the moment I fixed it with Loctite until I find new antenna base. All the rest is fine. I'm very happy with the car :)
  8. Hi everyone! I was driving Toyota corolla AE86 for the last 10 years. I sold the car recently and bought a Lexus IS200 so I decided to join the community. It is 2004, 100 000 km, not sport, leather seats, 17" wheels, navi version. My plan is to keep it stock for now except the diff because I use to drive a RWD car with LSD :) so it would probably be my first upgrade.
