    I drive an RX400H , average 33.8 mpg on mixed driving, costs £225 road fund licence and it's faster than an RX450H if figures are to be believed. Cost £17K for a 5 year old model... :-) Paddy

    Hi gang - had my RX400h (2008 model) since March and so far, so great. Thinking now about updating the satnav as apparently I keep driving across roadless fields etc, due to the disc being (I guess) the original - and much has changed over the years! Is it worh buying from the main dealer/ or are there cheaper options? And is it simply just a case of inserting a new disc..? Many thanks! D

    Bought my 5 year old RX400h six weeks ago and mainly got a 40 mile round trip to work most days, with a few shorter trips too. Work commute is mainly A roads, averaging 50-60 mph., with the inevitable roundabout queues at the end. Currently have eased the mpg up from 29.5 showing when I bought the car to 32.5 - and happy with the way it's going so far.

    Thank you Duncan, appreciate the response. Do they both provide avisual (LED, from amber to red,say?) warningas well as the audible beeps. If so, where are the internal lights then fitted?

    Many thanks folks - Lexus seem to want over £600 for both front and rear, or over £300 for just rear - so I might just see if I can get to grips with the camera for the first couple of months before shelling out! Cheers D

    Hi! Have just bought my first Lexus - RX400h (2008) - and am struggling with the rear parking camera. My previous cars have all had rear parking sensors and I miss the audible warning. Is it possible to fit rear parking sensors to my vehicle? (And, indeed, front ones too even) and should I ask Lexus to do it or would any old garage do? Many thanks!
