  1. I'm a new member (for my sins). I must have done something really bad in a previous life to deserve all the aggro I've had trying to log in. Anyway, six months ago I bought my 2006 is250 se with 43,564 genuine miles on the clock. Great car, great dive, comfort is perfect and mpg is highly acceptable. I've driven most makes from silly Subarus to Bentleys to Ferraris but, as far as I'm concerned, none of them beat my 250. I must admit I still can't see the sense in air conditioned seats, but let's hope we have a good summer to see if they work in this country. That's it for my first message. All the best to everyone, speak again soon.
  2. Because we all know better than anyone else and we don't want to admit when we've got it wrong.
  3. I'm new to the site as well as being new to Lexus. I bought my pre-owned is 250 at the beginning of July. First things first, I obviously knew about Lexus quality, I didn't know they were great. All whistles and bells with, as far as I'm concerned, every conceivable extra (one day maybe I'll find a reason to use my air conditioned seats). But now to the crux of the matter:- My ash tray (the part that slides away from you, has a nasty scrape on it which I want to rectify. My problem is, how do I get it out? How can I put this? HELP!!! Regards Ratbag
