Hi all I think I have similar issue of finding a reliable garage to service my 2005 IS 250. Can anyone recommend a good one in either Northamptonshire or Midlands please.

I just did mine which is IS 250 se manual. it's 290 paid once, 305 when paid monthly. Hope this helps

Hi all Thanks for the replies I used the 12 volt socket and it works, so that seemed sorted. I will buy a fuse set and fuse removal to see if it will sort the cigarette lighter. I will further appreciate any advice or suggestion for the jammed DVD player.

Hi All I just got a 2005 IS 250 recently and wish to join the group that I know will enrich my knowledge about the car. sorry if its this early, but two questions that I need help with my car's cigarette lighter would not work and I checked the fuse but could not see anything wrong with it secondly I need help to get my car's DVD to play cd, and DVDs. it will not load, no light blinks and the message is "no disc" when the disc/aux is pressed.. the seller said cds may be jammed. yes I tried the credit card method, but no effect. the DVD door will not open. any help will be most appreciated. I live in Northampton, so if there is any member that can further help in this region.
