    ...the mounts are simple rubber one...checked it in Japan...via VIN..(use to order OEM parts there) Hope its gonna be the exhaust... Anyway...a Big thank you for help!!!!

    Hi No, no works on exhaust or repair...78000 miles... what I noticed when I'm pressing the brakes some air leak noise coming out... sort of psss....and the pedal softness a bit... I'm up for DIY job, but not sure will I be able to find and sort it out by myself...where I'm able to check what sort of mounts do IS250 has? Are U a mechanic? Thank you mate!!!

    Hi Guys Need help Noticed a vibration on D or P gear while pressing the breaks...when the car is cold its not present... Car goes like a bullet, changes gears as should...no vibration on N or P and while releasing the breaks...No errors or codes present..(have scanner with Lexus software on it) Any ideas?Tnx G

    yes, its an adaptive gearbox...I read that it even adapts not only to drivers stile even to the oil itself...with time the oil quality changes...so it adapts(pressure, viscosity e t.c) That's why when the oil been changed, U have to reset the settings of the gearbox, or U can change the oil step by step, draining it out 3-4 times..but its will come of the cost of 12-13l of ATF oil...which is £14/liter here in UK...US is much cheaper though... I will chose the second option...

    ....unfortunately if U had a code related to solenoid...its a way to gearbox specialist...I read plenty info about A960E gearbox...its not a easy animal to DIY with...Even the oil change is quite a task...Give me the code, I will look after it...maybe will find something...

    Hi bobmc Yes I read plenty of info about A960E transmission...for me its not a question change it or not...If U changing the oil in your engine, so why U hate your gearbox? The truth is its not a easy DIY job...it requires some knowledge, tools, spare parts,12 liter of genuine ATF WS, good mechanic and balls:))))))..... U will ask why on earth I will need 12l of oil?That is the answer of the question....Its a adaptive transmission...so if you will simply drain out the old and fill up a new oil...start the engine...the peruse of new, fresh oil will destroy your gearbox....

    yes, the same colour... I bought all the parts from Official dealer....except the engine oil...they were not expensive...but the rest is too much for my pocket... Lexus quoted me £670 for transmission oil change....so...

    Hi Engine and filters are sorted already...including cabin filter... Now Im up to transmission oli and stainer change...Found parts in US...not too much in UK and EU though... 57 plate, 70k...Dark blue with cream leather...SEL...so all the toys present:)

    Hi Finally after 1.5 month of search, I got myself a good IS250 SEL ... Does anybody know, where I could get OEM parts for the car, except Lexus Dealers and e-bay?Any trusted part supplier for Japs and Lexus? Thanks in advance

    OK. That's the easiest bit...what about headlamps washers and the wiring, will the ECU accept the upgrade, does anyone had such a job done previously? Thanks

    toffee_pie I've seen your struggle with selling the car on many advert pages...the price was spot on and the further reduction of the price cough me thinking about you car and can not understand why people are after mercs and bmw only!!! Didn't call just because I want a automatic....already seen 10 cars...can not find the wright one...so ******!!!!

    Hi Guys Does anyone know, is it possible to install rear lights from 2009-2012 in to 2006-2008 model? And is it possible to install 2012 upwards headlights in to 2006-2008 model year car? Thank you P.S. Still looking for 2007-2009 IS 250 SE-L auto ...
