The offside driver's bolster gets sat on each time someone gets in or out, it's usual for the bolster to show creases and signs of being squashed. It could be argued it's wear and tear, so not covered by warranty, the car is 9yrs old..

Just phone them and ask!

The quality of the finish wrap will be severely degraded if the paint surface is badly chipped/scratched.
Also check with your insurer, some do not look kindly to cars with vinyl wrap

Never had a problem with the a/c on auto, the system copes very well with changing conditions even changing the airflow side to side with the direction of the sun.. The climate concierge even set the seat heating/cooling very efficiently ..

I always thought the temperature displayed on the dash was the ambient air temp, not the cabin temp and nothing to do with the a/c. If one sets the climate control to 20c the system will operate to achieve that temp irrespective of the outside/ambient temp by heating or cooling.

Id be surprised if it doesn't. What does the handbook say in the Customisation section?

I'd suggest you get the car checked out asap

I'm watching Fallout. Really good one
Binged the series in just two sittings, brilliant and I've never played the game so totally unknown to me...

As I’m not one for reading manuals, does the LC500 have a running in procedure?
How many miles on your 2023 LC500?

My RX450h has started making a similar sound, just the last couple of days. Only noticeable at slow speed, manoeuvring onto the driveway, parking etc..
My initial thoughts are a dry rubber bush or gaiter. I know the Merc I had sometimes suffered from this and it was the sound insulating bushing as the steering column passes through the bulkhead.
The car is due a service soon and I'll get the dealer to sort it as it's not that irritating and I'm sure they have come across it many times before and will know exactly what to apply and where.

Don't know the place but it sounds nice - the sort of place, in fact, where you'd expect to see at least one Lexus in the car-park!
Indeed apart from my RX there was an NX450+ and a Jaguar i-Pace(?) and a brace of Ferrari 😎

We have seen a number of owners come and go over the years. This place is exceptionally high maintenance with pretty unique access considerations. I hope the next owner has more sympathetic aspirations than the recent corporate/chain operator. I think they discovered this place doesn't fit easily in the corporation model...
We love this place, the atmosphere and staff are truly wonderful and hope to return for many a year yet.

Hi, Anyone had any update or success in resolving this matter. It is the most useless App going. For a Prestige Brand its a shocking afterthought. I have had no end of issues from day one with this App. My first and last Lexus!
A rather short sighted view IMHO. You bought a car not an app and the car functions very well regardless of the app. I'm sure they will iron out the bugs eventually

Thanks again Kevin. I see the owner's manuals are available on-line thus saving £49.80! at https://www.lexus.co.uk/owners/about-my-lexus/manuals
The number you gave me looks like it's for the 2022 version of the 450h+. There is a 2023 version : PZ471-9AA96-EN.
Just input your VIN in the search field to get the correct version of the handbook

Curious ...
Were the batteries not replaced under warranty?
Your location is showing as Buckinghamshire but you quote the Investigation cost in euros?
You also say you are tired of disconnecting the Battery, how often do you do this? Each time you park up? Since when did you start disconnecting the Battery?

Doesn't the radio need to be replaced as the frequencies are different?
ANC - Active Noise Control

Don't confuse Active Sound Control with the Active Noise Control.
The former generates an artificial sporty engine noise which is adjustable with the knurled wheel on the dash, the latter is an out of phase sound generated by the system to counter any muffled engine noise to give a quieter ambience in the cabin. I don't believe one can adjust or disable ANC.
