I followed this advice and seemed that this is a cure. Hybrid system on, in park , move seat fully forward and hold for 10 secs move seat full back hold for ten secs. Do same for seat back, now set the seat position u want and then press set and 1 with 3 secs. shut hybrid system down , get out of car and lock it, wait two minutes then get into the car, power up then press seat position 1 seat should now move to correct position. Note if you move seat from set position the seat will auto remember it’s last position

I have the 350h and when I open the app on my phone I press the start climate control logo and it opens up a list of options of what areas in the car I wish to engage including temperature.

Sorry to hear about your experience. It should never happen. It leaves a bad taste. Thankfully I have had the opposite of your experience. I am on my third NX all of which I purchased from RRG Bolton. I have always been treated like a valued customer and found sales and service to be exemplary. Any issues, recalls etc. have been dealt with appropriately and when purchasing my vehicles, hand over was done professionally with sales going through everything I needed to know about the vehicles. Up to press I would not buy a Lexus from anywhere else.

Make sure the door mirror switch is down on left. Select reverse, adjust mirror to desired tilt, take out of reverse, mirror will return to normal elevation. Next time you go into reverse mirror will adjust to what you selected. Switch to select left mirror adjustment should remain depressed. If you switch it to the right position left will not tilt.

The petrol models I think more a refresh than major changes.

Really sorry regarding your experience and glad its sorted/getting sorted. In defence of RRG Bolton I have used them for the last 9yrs and have found them exemplary in everything they have done or been asked to do. Hopefully I will never have your experience.

I have had mine done last year. Exact colour match and no issues since fitting.

I use a disklok. A bit of a hassle removing or fitting but far better than losing car and its a visible deterrent.

Make sure it has the door handle and fuel flap modifications done. They mods are free of charge but are known issues. Door handles not functioning in freezing weather plus fuel flap not opening when switch pressed. Once done there are no issues from either. The door handles need to be replaced if this an issue.

Fuel flap and door handles are covered by warranty. Both were well known issues with quite a few owners and issues were recognised by Lexus and fixed. I had both issues sorted with nil cost. No issues since.

Speak to your dealer. The latest NX had an issue with fuel flap not always opening. There is a fix by replacing a part, done by Lexus. I had mine done and no further issues. In tne mean time the flap can be manually opened. On the NX, open boot. Find the removable cover behing fuel cap. Inside there is a catch to manually open flap.

Knowing Bolton Lexus I am certain it was probably me mishearing rather than them being economical with the truth. My ears not ss young as they used to be 😂

I have had the tracker fitted foc by Lexus Bolton today. They confirm that there is no OBD port on the later NX including mine but I was still entitled for the tracker to be fitted. I would check with dealership to see if your vehicle is included.

Lexus are fitting tracker free to some of their vehicles. Mine is being done on Friday. No it does not need doing but it is an extra bit of theft cover. Its free of charge and comes with 3 yrs tracker subscription .

My NX350h was delivered late November 2022. I checked with my local dealer and they checked. I will be eligible for the tracker.

I have just received my renewal today from NFU. Still recovering from the shock. Last year it was £654. This year they want £1199. Many years NCB no convictions yet premium practically doubled. Getting ridiculous.

I can only comment on my experiences with RRG Lexus Bolton over the last 8 yrs. i have found both sales and service departments exemplary. My latest experience was for the latest recall for software update for front camera 2 weeks ago. a loan car was made available and on collection of my own vehicle it had been washed AND filled up with fuel. So no complaints here.

I felt I had to put this on the forum after reading some members receiving poor service from some Lexus dealers. Today I took my car in for the latest recall to RRG Lexus Bolton. On arrival a courtesy car was waiting and on my return my own car had been washed. Plus they had filled the tank up. Once again Lexus Bolton hits the mark. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had my recall done today. Another outstanding service from RRG Lexus Bolton. Courtesy car waiting for me and on collecting my own car back it had been washed and filled up with fuel.

I must say that I have only ever received superb service at Lexus Bolton both from service department and sales. Plus always get offered coffee in a real cup. So obviously some Lexus dealers do get it right.

My wife had issues with the head rest on my NX. I got her this from Amazonand she now happy.
