Iv taken it back to the garage they have open it back up & double checked everything The garage guy did clean the ABS sensor but it was easily taken out & fitted back no force to suggest that gone bad.

Hi guys. I had my front o/s wheel bearing changed 2 days ago. since then 3 lights ABS, Traction & an orange Hand brake light come on now & then. They not on constant but they do come on & go off the brake pedal seem to sink a little bit when the lights are on. Any ideas why this is plzzzz. Cheers.

Hi Mr Vlad Thanks for the detailed information my car has the 6 speaker set up. As you mentioned an Alpine sub & Amp etc that sounds like a good idea. Will my oem head unit run the Alpine sub & Amp or would I need to replace the head unit aswell ?

Wow complicated stuff why couldn’t Lexus make it a nice & simple good system. I’ve been driving my S3 last few months over summer it has a Bose oem system just speakers no sub but it soo loud base & sound quality is awesome

Hi guys… My CT200h has the standard crap sound fitted. Even though I upgraded the dash & front door speakers to JBL GTO series 3 the sound is still crap. What I wanted to know is the oem subwoofer that comes in some CT200’s are all the subs Mark Levison or are the different makes ?? If I get a oem subwoofer would it work ok with my oem headunit ?? Cheers.

Hi mate. Me & my friend took apart the EGR yesterday what was meant to be just an EGR clean ended in... Removed EGR the cooler & the pipes connected. Cleaned out the EGR cooler & pipes with brake cleaner. Removed & cleaned the Throttle body with brake cleaner. Also removed & cleaned the Intake manifold. End result after 6/7 Hrs working perfect job The rattles missing shakes all gone. Drives perfect now 👏👍

Hi guys... My car has had the knocking rattling & misfiring issues for a few months now... Now it’s got quite bad my engine light is on when I had it read it said Miss fire on cylinder 1... Im going to hopefully give the EGR valve & the Pipe a clean on weekend depending on weather... Does anyone know if I remove the throttle body & clean that too would I have any issues on re fitting throttle body ??? Cheers.

I think sound quality depends on how you like listening to your music IE loud low bass treble etc.... Low tone & not loud then yes CT200 audio is Okish.., This is my 1st Lexus overall a very nice car but I was very disappointed with the sound system. I changed all my oem 6 speakers to 6 JBL GT series speakers & still the sound is no good at all. Over all I’d say the sound has improved by 5-6 %. I have used the same speakers in other cars & the sound has been great but still v disappointed with the sound. Audi VW Merc etc have much much better sound systems. Id just upgrade your head unit put in a 10” JL audio sub & Amp & you would get great sound...

Hi Guys... My car has started making a juddering / knocking sound are low speed driving (10-15mph).. It won’t make the noise if it’s running on battery power only makes it when on engine power & when I come off the accelerator. If I drive very slow uphill it will start juddering but once it gets to around 16/17 mph the sound is gone... Has anyone else experienced this on their CT200. Cheers.

Correct mate I thought I’d switch the sensor off & see if the alarm keeps sounding. I tried it one night off & last night switched it back on the alarm was ok it didn’t go off through the night.

Hi guys I turned the Theft sensor off & on last night before I parked up for the night. And guess what it was ok no alarm sound through the night... Strange 🤗

Hi guys Thanks for the replies. Couldnt find any flies in the car the windows where all shut & the remote is working fine too. I find it a bit strange. The only thing iv noticed is when I turn car off the dash display say key battery low ?
